Hi there! Have you ever felt as if you were on a continuous loop and not moving forward toward your goals to become the version of you that you knew was inside of you? You say that you are going to try harder or do better next time but you just can’t get out of that cycle. Well that was me.

I had my second child in March 2020, a week and a half before the pandemic hit and life changed as we knew it. My maternity leave was spent caring for a newborn and chasing around a one and a half year old. That’s when the new habits formed. I got used to making quick meals that weren’t very healthy and drinking soda when I would feel overwhelmed - which I am sure you can imagine happens quite a bit with those ages. I went back to work after maternity leave and those habits just intensified with the added layer of work stress.

I would stop drinking the soda for a couple weeks and then binge again. I became someone I didn’t recognize when I looked in the mirror. And the worst part was that I started to have less patience with those two kids who I love more than anything. I knew I needed to make a change - not only for myself but for them and the happiness of our family.

I tried what felt like every diet product out there. After a couple weeks I would just revert back (sound familiar). Then I finally gave this program a try and have not felt better in my life. Not only am I fitting back into my clothes again, but I am also a more energetic and happier mom and wife. My skin feels amazing, my belly fat is shrinking, and it is such an easy program to follow.
