My name is Amanda. I am a mom of two amazing kids. I am also a nurse. I work at a Childrens hospital in the operating room. I absolutely love my job and wouldn’t trade it. I decided to become a Prüvit promoter because I want to make other mothers and anyone feel as amazing as I do and have the same results. I have struggled with my weight all my life. I have tried every diet out there. I am ended up just getting heavier. I am the heaviest I have ever been and I need a change not only for my health but for my mental well being. It hasn’t even been a month! I am not hungry. I stick to my macros and drink my ketones. I am so excited I could cry that this is working. To top it off I feel great! I do the most common fasting of 16:8. Where I fast for 16hrs and eat within an 8 hour time frame.⁣

People get results by intermittent fasting because anything that reduces excess calories helps them lose weight (or slow down how fast they're gaining it) and improves their health.
