Amanie Creative Writing Studio is a unique, Black-owned, woman-led company that delivers culturally-inspired creative writing programs, products and projects to our community. While anyone can benefit from what we offer -and we encourage them to do so- it's important to note that much of what we do is centered around the creative and holistic needs of the African-American community.

As such, you may see us offer anything from special projects celebrating Juneteenth or round table-style workshops addressing important topics such as systemic racism and shared Black trauma. We especially encourage organizations that work with the AA community in any capacity to take advantage of this opportunity to

Our goal is to encourage healthy expression and self-care within our community - one that prides itself for our strength and perseverance. As a culture, we are often the backbone of our families and the greater community, doing emotional labor on a regular basis but often forgetting to refill our own cups. ACWS exists to offer a creative way to take better care of ourselves - and have fun while doing it. Amanie Creative Writing Studio is a safe space, where our voices are not only lifted, but transformed into meaningful programs and products.
