Austin executive that supports nonprofit organizations to grow, support and maintain their community and mission. I have been in the nonprofit industry for 14 years leading teams to facility their goals within organization.

Experience in team management, management growth, company culture analysis, creation and implementation. As well as operationally in budget analysis, strategic planning, budget creation, budget oversight, marketing and development and so much more!

In my free time you can find me fishing, hiking, reading and hanging out with my dog Mikey. Mikey also works as a therapy dog for non profits.
