My name is Caroline + I write "A Meaningful Blog!" I also have a YouTube channel! I use both of these spaces to share my life with a congenital heart defect + planner obsession.

Did you know that congenital heart defects are the number one most common birth defect in the world? Well, they are + they affect at least 1 in 100 babies born. I like to share what it's like to live with a CHD to raise awareness + prove that CHD isn't a life sentence.

What started out as a hobby when I entered college became a way to manage my anxiety! I use my planner every day to organize my life in a way that doesn't overwhelm me! I'm a college student, with a heart defect, living through a pandemic, while I'm very blessed, live can still be a challenge!
