Amy is a former PR luxury exec turned self-employed stay at home mom with a passion for health and wellness, nutrition, self-discovery, spiritual growth, beauty, style, hunting for charming boutiques and cafes, and all things funny, because laughter truly is the best medicine. She lives as a New Jersey transplant with her husband and two wonderful kiddos (and one furry kiddo) in Miami, Florida.
