About me

I was living in London for 18 years and working in the fitness industry for over 11 years.
By managing teams of over 20 personal trainers , bringing revenue of nearly one million pounds a year, I developed a passion for coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential.

Becoming a twin mom made me move back home to Portugal and I love being back.
Becoming an online entrepreneur with an online water business that works on automation has allowed me to live next to my family ,have quality time with my babies and husband , work from home or the beach (where i am writing this bio) ,have me time where I can go to the gym , read a book , spend time on the beach relaxing and resetting my mind , travel more often whilst working on my passion of coaching others and continuously making an income.
