Ahh... summer. I know right now it doesn’t FEEL like summer because of the current state of our world (global pandemic guys 😅) but that doesn’t mean our mama earth isn’t changing with the seasons. This is my holy grail , all in one. For all my ladies (and fellas) who don’t have a lot of time to do a entire hair routine, THIS . IS . YOUR . PRODUCT! 👏🏻 Not only does it smooth and condition your hair , it has UV protection so hello sunscreen for your hair! 😱 After shampooing and conditioning , jump out the shower and towel dry and apply a nickel sized amount from the ends working your way up. BRUSH THAT THANG THROUGH AND YOUR DONE BOO! 😘

Did you know the skin on your lips is thinner than the rest of your body? I mean that’s pretty obvi, but most people forget that our lips are so not given enough love 🥺💔 The sun can wreak havoc on that delicate skin and then you end up with the dreaded crusty lip syndrome (or even sunburn 🥵) . Of all the lip balms I have tried, this one from Rodan + Field’s is my top pick! It smells like grapefruit and citrus and feels lightweight but leaves a good amount on the lips to protect it.
