Andres Sandoval was born in Barranquilla, Colombia. Came to the United States at age 17 with his single mom and younger brother to start a new life and work towards a better future.

After going through major changes, leaving a life to start a new one, leaving friends/ family members to embark on a journey into the unknown. From the ages of 17-24, Andres went through major struggles adapting to a new life. This experience played a big role in strengthening his inner self awareness, purpose and drive. Which caused him to fall in love with personal development.

From the ages of 24-30(now), Andres has been able to create a successful Real Estate Business from the ground up. Helping/representing hundreds of clients, selling millions of dollars in real estate transactions, generated over $1,000,000 in commissions paid to him, and has personally invested over $978,000 in real estate and counting. Currently owns multiple cash-flowing real estate assets and operates a team of successful agents that serve the Southeast Florida Tri-County areas of Palm Beach, Broward and Miami Dade.
