Booking Policy:
- Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
- A $15 booking fee is required to secure your appointment, which is not included the total cost of services.
- Please ensure all desired services are selected when booking to allow adequate time.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, depending on availability.

Cancellation Policy:
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
- If cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, 40% of the total service cost is due before another appointment can be made.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost, which must be paid within 60 days.

Late Appointment Policy:
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be canceled, and the booking fee may be forfeited.

Hair Studio Rules:
1. Respect: Treat us and fellow clients with kindness and respect at all times.
2. Punctuality: Arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the smooth running of our schedule.
3. Detangled Hair: Please ensure your hair is detangled, even if unwashed, before your appointment to facilitate the styling process.
4. Children: We love children, but for safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment, we request that only those receiving services accompany you to the appointment.
5. Personal Belongings: Please keep personal belongings to a minimum and secure valuables during your visit.
6. Communication: Communicate openly with your stylist about your desired look and any concerns or preferences you may have.

Early and Late Appointment Policy:
- Appointments scheduled for 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM on Tuesday through Saturday will incur an additional fee of $30.
- Appointments scheduled for 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM, or 9:00 PM on Tuesday through Saturday will also incur an additional fee of $30.

- Please note that these fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
