🌸 Angel Studios Policies (Effective June 1st, 2025) 🌸

📅 Booking Policy
• All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
• A $15 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and must be paid at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking your appointment. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
• The booking fee is not applied toward the total service cost.
• Please ensure all desired services are selected when booking to allow adequate time.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, depending on availability.

💳 Cancellation Policy
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
• If canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, 40% of the total service cost will be due before another appointment can be scheduled.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost, which must be paid within 60 days before booking a future service.

⏰ Early & Late Appointment Policy
• Appointments scheduled between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM will incur a $35 Early Appointment Fee.
• Appointments scheduled after 7:00 PM will incur a $35 Late Appointment Fee.
• These additional fees apply to all clients and help accommodate flexible scheduling needs.
• Please note that these fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

👧 Age Policy
• Clients must be 12 years old and up to receive services at Angel Studios.
• Clients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at their appointment to provide consent for the service.

💖 Hair Studio Etiquette
1. Respect: Treat our staff and fellow clients with kindness and respect at all times.
2. Punctuality: Arrive on time to ensure the smooth flow of appointments.
3. Detangled Hair: Please ensure your hair is detangled, even if unwashed, before your appointment.
4. Children: Only clients receiving services should attend the appointment. For safety and relaxation, no additional guests or children, unless they are also being serviced.
5. Personal Belongings: Keep valuables to a minimum and secure them during your visit.
6. Communication: Share your preferences and any concerns openly with your stylist.
