I’m a native Texan who loves travel ✈️ , rollercoasters 🎢 , live music 🎶 , the beach 🏖 and worshiping at church ⛪️!

After being paralyzed at age 15 I realized God had a bigger plan for me to help others experience everything life has to offer! I became a IIN certified Holistic Health Coach, Cooper Institute certified Personal Trainer, WBFF/NPC figure competitor and I’m always pursuing a healthy plant based 🥬 lifestyle that’s focused on prevention over perfection!

For the past 7 years I’ve been able to build a business from home using social media 📲 and online marketing systems 💻 that allow me to spend as much time with my family as I want while achieving goals 🎯 I didn’t believe were possible!
