Let me introduce myself.

I'm Angie Quick. I'm a 27 year young, married, boy momma with a passion for overall health.

Starting with Optavia in 2021, I found my toolbelt for success in health. With this program, I help my clients take back their eating habits, and teach them how to enjoy their favorite indulges, not cut them out!

Optavia is a predictable lifestyle transformation, that as mentally, as well as metabolically helped me take my life back. It could help you too ♡

I then, in April of 2022, began my journey on the fitness circuit, becoming ambassadors for incredible companies you will find me representing. All with a resounding goal: To change the outlook on women in the fitness world. To show we are strong, and when we put in the work, just as able as any man!

My newest adventure is one I had been eyeing for awhile.

Now, my best friend, Crystal Hunter and I decided to do this together. Crystal is one of those investigate everything before you jump kinda girls so I knew she was best to take the lead.
