Hi, I’m Annie! A mom of 2 kids. A fitness junkie. A nutrition devotee. A strong believer in self-care, especially for moms.

I have nearly 6 years under my belt as a mama. I got lost in motherhood in those early years. I didn’t know who I was or what I was doing anymore. I’m still trying to piece myself together but, man, I’ve come a long way.

Some things that have helped me and that I encourage every mom to find time for:

6) TIME FOR MEDITATION

Allowing myself to indulge in these little habits has transformed my mood, my patience, my attitude and my thoughts.
