Helping you prepare for life with a newborn. There is so much to plan for! We will discuss parenting techniques, newborn tests and procedures, normal newborn behavior, babywearing, breastfeeding, making a postpartum plan, and so much more.
BONUS: This class includes one year of unlimited access to the Birth Boot Camp online breastfeeding class taught by Mellanie Sheppard, IBCLC. Such an amazing resource!!

*Comfort Measures Class - $75
Come and learn all about ways to reduce the pain you feel in labor! Perfect for both medicated and unmedicated births. This is a hands-on class for mom and her partner. We will cover emotional, physical, and mental relaxation. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. You will leave class feeling confident about your upcoming birth!
