Aren is an author, publisher, arts educator, mindfulness practitioner, theatre maker and creativity facilitator.
For almost 20 years, Aren has been facilitating and coaching people through the creative process, moving creators from an idea towards the realisation of their own abilities and creations.
She currently works within Halifax Regional Arts, an organization that operates within HRCE to promote, support and produce arts programming and arts enhancement in schools and classrooms.
She recently published her debut novel We Happy Few, a historical fiction about a female welder in Halifax at the end of the Second World War.
