Rules on returns?
Our return policies for our scrunchies and facemasks are that if they're used/worn, (and we can tell if they have or not) we will not take returns.
If necessary we will refund your order, and if you have not used/worn your scrunchies and facemasks from our store, then we will accept a return.
But only if you have proof of purchase, which will be a name and order number, and if there is anything wrong with the order, you will be required to send photographic evidence.

How to pay?
Our forms of payments are rather minimal. Either pay with bank transfer with shipping or pickup, or cash for pickup in the Waikato only.

Will we have discounts?
For our discounts, we will be doing percentages off for special holidays. Anything like 10% off on Halloween, to 25% off on Christmas!

What do we have in store for our future products?
Our future products include such as jewelry, eye masks, more types of scrunchies, and face masks.
