How to order?

Swipe left until you reach the Store's link. Click the Pre Order Webform or the On Hand Order Webform, and it will redirect you to our Google Forms. Ensure you are logged in to your Google account so you can access the form.

Do you have minimum order requirement?

Yes, we do. The customer should have P200 worth of orders with at least five (5) items that can be different or the same product. We also suggest that our customers purchase as many products as possible to make the most of the local shipping fee that they will be shouldering. This policy is only applicable to our Pre-Ordering.

How do I settle my payment?

We have opened six payment channels for you to choose from at your convenience ranging from Banking (BPI, BDO, Unionbank) to Mobile wallets (GCash, PayMaya, Paypal).

When do I have to pay?

Products should be paid two calendar days after the receipt of the Sales Invoice for Pre Order and one calendar day for On Hand Order. The local shipping fee settles upon the arrival of the shipment from Thailand to the Philippines. Validation of your payment depends on what payment channel you have chosen.

Do you accept CoD (Cash on Delivery)?

We are currently in the process of establishing our presence online. As of the moment, we can only accept outright payment once you receive your Sales Invoice.

Where are you located?

Our Main Hub is located at Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City.

Do I have to pay for the international shipping fee?

No, because the prices posted per product on our social media accounts include the said fee.

How about the local shipping, how much would it cost me?

The local shipping fee depends on our courier partners' rates, your location, as well as the size, and the total weight of the products you ordered.

Who are your courier partners?

We made a partnership with LBC Express and J&T Express. We can also arrange deliveries via Grab Express, Lalamove, or Mr. Speedy, depending on their serviceable areas.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order 30-35 days (estimated but not actual, based on computation done by our Thailand-based courier partner) from the last day of each month's pre-order.
