2. Payment first before reserved/sold. You can reserve it by paying 50%. Full payment, considered as sold.

5. Please NO REFUND after payment. If the whole payment will not be settled within a year, I will sell it again to other buyers without sending a refund.

1. Send a clear instruction. You can choose on my existing paintings or send some reference/s (Note: If an existing painting of another artist is used as a reference, it must be altered to avoid copyright, or if unchanged, permission from the original artist must be obtained unless the artist is unknown (can't recognized), can't be contacted, or a widely recognized artist, such as Van Gogh, Juan Nakpil, Fernando Amorsolo etc.)
2. Choose the canvas type and size. If the canvas size and type selected is not onhand, It will be ordered to my supplier first and I will provide an update of it (3 days-1 week)
3. Payment first before proceeding. 50% downpayment is also accepted but should be settled completely before shipment, unless your chosen courier is LBC (Don't forget to send a receipt)
4. Strictly NO REFUND after payment. You may still cancel but not refundable. I will still proceed on finishing the work and sell the painting to other buyers.
5. I will send an update of the progress via messenger or Instagram.
6. Initial time range of the work may take 1 week to 2 weeks, depending on the load of work. But it can take a month/s during my schooldays (I only have time every weekend/holiday/no classes).
7. The time range of work will only start when the canvas is already onhand.
8. Free 1 revision. Note that the revision request should not change the entire agreed-upon design, unless
you add a payment for it.

11. Settle all your payments before the shipment, including the shipping fee. If LBC courier, you can COD the 50%+sf.
