I’m Rena, a full time primary teacher and CONFIDENCE COACH
I help my clients:
• recognise & respect their their minds and bodies in whatever shape or size they come in by REGULATING their nervous systems and understanding their unique body code
• find their own inner core values & live authentically in alignment with who they really are, make decisions to move forward and stop living in FIGHT, FLIGHT or FREEZE mode
• intuitively move your body, eat intuitively and develop a SELF LOVE plan to really BE your own best friend
In a former life (10 years ago!) I was an international gymnast. I spent hours and hours training and perfecting my routines so I could win. I won so many medals and trophies by perfecting the moves, moving my body in a way that pleased the judges and most importantly- looking CONFIDENT in my body.
In reality, I was TERRIFIED of gaining weight, I was scared of looking silly & I came away with the assumption that EVERYONE was judging my body, not just on the gymnastics floor!
This manifested in years of disordered eating, body dysmorphia and being terrified of being judged. This massively affected my confidence, my mental capacity for change and a feeling of constantly being OUT OF CONTROL.
In 2017, I began receiving treatment for an eating disorder and this pushed me to realise that I had developed a dangerous obsession with HATING my body to the point where I wished I was ANYONE else.
I was then diagnosed with ADHD and began a deep dive into HOW I truly operate in my mind and body, I learned about the mind-body connection and I knew that a HOLISTIC approach was the ONLY way I could learn to be happy in my own body.
Fast forward a few years of therapy, coaching & completing my OWN Life Coaching with Neuroscience training,
I understand how having GRATITUDE for my body and what it can do, treating my body AND mind with RESPECT, nourishing my body with INTUITIVE eating and daily movement has MASSIVELY impacted my relationship with myself and my mental
health.
A Self Love Approach was created with my own journey in mind as well as with my desire to help other women SEE THEIR WORTH and know that RESPECTING THEMSELVES starts with respecting their BODY & living in ALIGNMENT with their true values.
