Ash & Honey is co-owned by Baylee & Carisa, who both have unique and individual specialities. Carisa is the Ash (smokey, ashy, cool tones) and Baylee is the honey (rich, natural, warm tones) and they create the perfect yin and yang duo to ensure every client has a specialist working with them to achieve their hair goals.

Hi there! I'm Carisa, and I've been passionate about doing hair since 2011. Over the years, I've specialized in lived-in color, but honestly, I love doing it all! What truly makes this journey special for me is the relationships I get to build with each of my clients. There's nothing more fulfilling than making people feel good about themselves and seeing their confidence shine. I can't wait to meet you and create something beautiful together!

Hi I’m Baylee! I have been in the industry for about 4 years and I love creating blended, soft, natural looking colors that will grow out beautifully!

My goal as a stylist is to make you feel comfortable & heard throughout the whole experience in my chair. I always have a thorough consultation to better understand my clients lifestyle and budget and we work together to give them the hair of their dreams that will be suitable for them in their everyday life!
