Welcome! My name is Ashby Hatch and I’m a REALTOR® with eXp Realty. I’ve been married to my husband, Ryan, for 19 years, and we have 5 kids.

I’ve always had a love for all things HOME. For as long as I can remember I’ve enjoyed looking through listings and following the markets ups and downs. I get excited about new builds and scroll through floor plans imagining myself living there.

In 2007, my husband began working in the real estate investment business. I’ve had the opportunity in the last 14 years to work alongside him going to auctions, doing fix and flips, photographing homes for listings, and helping with residential rentals. In October of 2017 we turned a cabin into an AirBNB, and I’ve had the opportunity to manage it for the past 4 years.

In 2020 I decided to turn my passion for real estate into a business. Buying or selling a home will be one of the biggest decisions you make in your life, and I’m excited to walk you through the process!
