Nothing great is ever easy and nothing easy is ever great. Getting fit is hard. I was originally inspired to incorporate fitness into my life as a way to manage stress while going to college and working 3 jobs. As a broke college student, I couldn’t afford to hire a trainer that would teach me proper exercise and nutrition. I decided I would need to try and figure it out on my own through books and free web information. As I quickly came to realize how difficult it was to find reliable information with no health or fitness education, I discovered my passion to learn what other people may not have the time to invest in. I aspire to consistently help people achieve their goals in the most efficient way possible.
