Hi my name is Ashley, just your average self made 27 year old. My goal is to help others develop their talents, age beautifully, tips and tricks for staying healthy, and encouraging you to follow your dreams. My passion for lifestyle blogging has been an interest of mine for some time now.  With everything that has taken place and that will take place makes me unbelievably excited to share.  Everyone has certain things that make themselves them.  We call this their “brand.”  Typically your brand includes 5 things that make you you.  So what makes up my brand?  Thats what Im here to share with you.

1. Nicholas Nadeau an Actuary by day and Ref by night. Not to mention an amazing husband.  It’s easy to travel through life with him because we constantly make each other better.  We continue to push each other, work on our dreams, goals, and aspirations together as a team.  Marrying him on October 19, 2019 was the greatest gift.  When you find that person that brings out all your best qualities, supports you through the good and the bad, who challenges you, annoys the shit out of you, and gives you those butterflies, don’t EVER let them go.  Even though I, Ashley am here blogging, Nicks experiences, obstacles, adventures, and goals will be talked about.  His intelligence and drive deserves to be known more so than mine and for that I will share all he has to offer, and all he and we accomplish together.

3. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is very endear to my heart.  Its important for me to follow a rigorous workout plan and eat nutrient dense foods.  You don’t realize the impact fitness and health has on your mood, sleep pattern, energy level, and mind.  Nick and I grew up playing competitive sports, and both played collegiate basketball.  Now as we get older fitness/sports/health is our hobby. Nick being a Referee for High School and College Basketball, and me still coaching basketball at my high school we clearly can’t stay away from the game.  Creating challenging, competitive, high intensity workouts are fun for me and I love sharing!
