I’m Ashley R. Stone — full time lawyer and certified fitness & nutrition specialist. It is my mission to help women find joy in moving their body, fall in love with themselves, and step into their power.
I’m here to teach you that:
✗ You do not have to focus on HIIT and cardio 6-7 days a week. There is such thing as overtraining.
✗ If someone tells you you should cut carbs, stop drinking alcohol, or give up your favorite foods — you should RUN THE OTHER WAY.
✗ There is no “challenge” that will provide you the results you desire, and no “best” workout program or meal plan. Your focus must be on what will work for YOU.
