My names Austin Fletcher and I recently graduated from The University of Wisconsin-Madison back in May 2021. Right after that I moved out to California to start my new journey as an Account Manager for The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. While I’m out here I hope to do many things such as act, sail, scuba dive, whale watch, make friends and memories, bike lots of trails, and travel all along the west coast. Please join me in making this world a smaller place by reaching out, as I do to so many, so we can have a conversation :)

Internal Networking
Since graduating college and getting my Post-Grad gig, I haven’t met a single coworker in person - it’s been all virtual. Though It’s a bummer, it makes the first time meeting your teammate feel excellent.

King Krab, 3lbs of seafood, and a good time… it’s fair to say we were feeling good. Not only that, but it was a great chance to see where each other were with our respective roles.
#1 Sport that I need to improve on
Whether it’s Broker Meetings, Sales Conferences, Father’s Day Outings, Dates or Casual Friday, golf is a prominent sport for the working-man/lady. I live right across the street from San Joaquin Course, so it’s time to get ready.
