These guidelines are here to make sure everything goes as beautifully as planned. Kindly go through them before making a deposit with us.

Deposit
A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This helps us lock in your appointment and save your date/time for you alone.

Makeup Duration
*For soft/event glam makeup sessions, we dedicate up to 1 hour and 30 minutes to you.
*For Photoshoot glam sessions, you can have us for up to 3 hours.

Delays & Cancellations
We completely understand that things can sometimes get delayed. However, if there is a delay of more than 30 minutes, and we are able to wait, an additional fee of $30 applies. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes and we’re unable to wait, the appointment may be cancelled. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded as our time is of value to us.

Cancellation on Arrival
If you decide to cancel on us or reschedule AFTER we already arrived at your location at your appointment time, a cancellation fee of $50 applies plus the deposit is non-refundable.
Refusal to make payment, you might be blocked from ever booking our services forever.

Rescheduling
We’re happy to offer one complimentary rescheduling if you inform us at least 3 days before your appointment. This can be done based on availability and is valid for up to 2 months. Any additional rescheduling requests or changes after this period will require a new deposit.

Payment
The balance for your makeup is to be paid at most 24 hours before the date of your appointment.

Early Morning or Late Evening Appointments
We love accommodating your schedule! If you need to book before 8:00 am or after 8:00 pm, an additional $50 fee will apply, based on availability.

Refund Policy
Please note that our 50% booking fee is non-refundable. This fee secures your appointment and covers the time and preparation allocated for your service. However, in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your booking due to our own error or unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly refund your deposit in full.

Travel Fees
All prices have our travel fees included, BUT it applies to locations within Saint John, NB only. For locations further than a 20-minute drive (20 km), such as Rothesay, Hampton, e.t.c, a travel fee starting from $40 will apply depending on distance.

We are happy to travel farther to your location, such as in other provinces. Reach out to us to discuss!

Appointment Prep
Please exfoliate and moisturise your skin the night before the appointment. Arrive with a clean face to ensure a flawless base application. Remove all excess facial hair (e.g, eyebrow hair, peach fuzz). Remember, makeup does not hide facial hair but emphasizes it. All these prep beforehand will ensure that we make the most efficient use of your time.
