A little background about me in high school I was in a dark place and did not know it! I would be angry at myself and would just seek love and attention from other guys that told me how my worth was. I did not know it until my mental health was being questioned it was because could not control my emotions and my face even showed that I was not happy I was then introduced to essential oils which helped me a little bit.
