ABOUT ME

Growing up I endured a lot of trauma and tragedy. I came from a very dark past but when I look back I wouldn’t change a thing. My journey through darkness was my gateway to the light.

I struggled with abandonment issues, abusive relationships, not feeling worthy & so much more. I was a lost kid just trying to find my way.

Not having my parents present was extremely devastating because I had no guidance, no one to turn to or lean on when I was struggling. I had to become my own guide.

When I was 19 years old I started getting into meditation and that was the beginning of my healing journey…

9 years later and I’ve acquired so much knowledge and experience in psychology and spirituality. I am here to be of service and help guide you back into the light.

I will help you navigate through your own shadows to shed light on areas that need attention and healing. I will customize positive programs for you to incorporate in your daily life so you can awaken the power within!
