The skin is not only beautiful but is also functional this is what I’m going to talk about in this project

I choose this topic even though it may be a controversial topic is all for educational purposes but I had nothing else to do & I just wanna graduate already from this ghetto school. In this web project I will talk about the Integumentary system or aka natural privileges in the society

Physiology 101:

The skin is made up of three layers which are the Epidermis top layer, the Dermis which is the middle layer and the Hypodermis in the bottom or fatty layer. The three main functions of the skin is to Protect the body, to Thermoregulate (Which is to maintain homeostasis in the body temperature when the environment is different temperature) and Sensation which is the touchy touch. The skin is also heaviest organ of the body.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN

The Integumentary consists of Hair, Skin & Nails. The skin protects muscle.
Saves us from water loss.
And Bacterial Invasion.
The skin also synthesis Vitamin D which comes from the sun.
On your wrist where you can see your veins you can also see what color skin tone you have
•If you can see your veins Blue or Purple you have Cool skin tone.
•If your veins Green or Greenish blue you have Warm skin tone.
•If you can’t tell whether your veins are Green or Blue like me your probably color blind too (Neutral Skin)

Ever complain about your skin color? Don’t be mad you are one of the most exquisite examples of the human body and is all thanks to a little skin cell call Melanocytes which is a cell everyone has but determine on your race and amount of sunlight exposure your Melanocytes produces more Melanin which gives color to your skin which can varient from really really white to hard core navy black.

Also don’t forget to use sunscreen everyday no matter how much spf that’s all just a scam to take your money they all protect your against UV light, your skin will thank you since it reduce skin cancer by 50%

Acne-acne is the most commonly skin disorder in the U.S. affecting up to 50 millions Americans every year.
How to fight it? Look for this ingredient in face products
•Salicylic Acid~ this breaks down pimples, decreases inflammation and penetrates deep into the pores you can use this as a cleanser.
•Benzoyl Peroxide~ Breaks down pimples and eliminate the acne causing bacteria without developing resisting
•Adapalene(Retinoid)~ The goat 🐐👑 , it increases cell turnover breaks down pimple and decreases oil production in the skin.

I personally use a cleanser with Adapalene in my routine I also prepare a glass of water with raisins(raisins are rich in Iron and Antioxidants)I’ll leave it sit over night then in te morning I drink it in an empty stomach this treats iron efficiency and brings natural glow to your skin

Eczema/Dermatitis - a term for several different types of skin swelling. The main causes of Eczema are Genetics, environmental triggers and stress.
How to get rid of Eczema? Check with a Pediatric Dermatologist or use corticosteroid creams this will quickly relieve itching and reduce inflammation.

Birthmarks- are also a disease depending on what is it some birthmarks may go away as you grow most of them are harmless but occasionally birthmarks maybe a sign of other problems or diseases. Make sure to check with a doctor if not sure or something like this may happen to you thanks to your egoist self 👇

Dermatologist: The classy and sassy 💅 this career specializes in Skin conditions, Hair and Nails I strongly recommend this career since this problem will always be part of the Human body this career should be good for the next 40 years before a smarter robot with 90% accuracy takes over the dermatologist career. Most of the dermatologist work in a clinic and some work in Hospitals. This career can be study in Stanford university, University of Pennsylvania and university of Michigan. A basic common mediocre dermatologists salary is about $260k-480k annually in a good day

Pediatric Dermatologist: This career is just like the basic Dermatologist but this career specializes in skin conditions or anormalies in younger patients like kids and teens I wouldn’t recommend this career if you don’t like kids like myself. The salary of a Pediatric is about 34k- 110k annually therefore I said just might as well become a Dermatologist because kids always ruin everything even your salary. Pediatric Dermatologists usually work in children’s hospital and community hospitals next to kids.
