I’ve been passionate about birth since my first niece was born in 2011. Time went by & I went on to become an obstetrical nurse working in the hospital setting.

Over the years of being a nurse, I started to recognize & witness the faults of the modern obstetrical model & began questioning medicalized birth. This sparked deep curiosity, raging burnout, trauma & tons of research…

I enrolled in a program to become a birth doula & prenatal yoga teacher, through that my passion was relit.

I am now on a mission to properly educate women, prepare them holistically & support them in healthy, blissful & happy births.

I believe to change the world, we must start with birth ❤️
