I am certified Master Sports Nutritionist & co-owner of The Facility Sports located in San Marcos , California. I am a former competitive USAPL Powerlifter, ranked #1 in the state in 2018. I have since switched gears to Olympic Weightlifting & plan on making my debut in the sport this spring.

I have multiple nutrition certifications in almost every area but my speciality is Holistic Sports Nutrition & Weight Management. I have been coaching nutrition for a little over 5 years & I have serviced clients from all different walks of life.

Along with coaching nutrition I help
athletes become more well rounded through strength & conditioning at my gym.

Outside of nutrition & weight training I have a passion for women’s health. I love educating women on how to better serve their bodies and live happier, healthier lives!
