Hi, I’m Mike but most everyone calls me Steeno

I get to build things, champion teams, and explore the world as best I can. All in the name of making athletes exceed their expectations. What I didn’t count on was that this journey would take me and my family to the outer rim of the Indian Ocean where I would be blessed to have the opportunity to create an apparel innovation lab, from the ground up. Given my background as a shoe dog, this was no small feat. The ensuing experiences have provided me diversity in growth that I never thought possible...is that plausible?!? Either way, I strive to leave things better than how I found them. I pride myself on being comfortable with being uncomfortable, and it’s all about progress, not perfection.
