The call to be a Doula is sacred for me. Life can be a continuing ceremony that honors rights of passage as we undergo transformation to become.

As a Doula, I will hold space for you, offer suggestion and loving support as you define your path and grow in wisdom.

My life’s journey always directs me towards soul-work and transformation. I ignite when helping people find safety and liberation through embodiment and vulnerability. I’ve always felt most steady amongst a storm, but also recognize myself most when giggling in gibberish with my children. Parenthood was my invitation to birthwork and my passion grows each day.

My philosophy on birth and life is that there are no wrong ways. My dream is that you feel empowered on your journeys through knowledge, deep listening, and feeling resourced and supported.
