She Is excited for new goals to come.

Trying something new is scary for everyone. Trying to reach a new goal is the same amount of scary with a reward at the end. Think of it like going to to a haunted house as a kid, in order to get the candy at the other end, you need to go through it!
Today's Afternoon Affirmation is a reminder of just that; 'she is excited for new goals to come', she is completely aware of the fears and obstacles around her and the new ones she will have to go though, and yet she still approaches her new goals head on. She carries her head high as she steps fearlessly into her newest challenge, she walks calmly through, expressing every emotion that fill her body along the way. She remembers the adrinaline feeling when she gets past each stage and doesn't stand down at the harder stages.
Take this example and apply it to your life, she knows how hard it's going to be. She knows she's going to fall and get scared and maybe even cry, but she never gives up, she never says "I can't", she pushes through, and even harder because she wants that reward, she wants that adrenaline feeling at the end of the final stage.
So in your next goal, I challenge you. I challenge you to be like her, step into your next goal, your next stage of life, or even your next obstacle without fear; step into it only seeing the reward at the end, be knowledgeable of all of the challenges that will come your way, all of the little things that will scare you, and remember the adrenaline feeling in the middle. She will grow beyond her garden.

All of our lives we are growing, our parents grow us from babies into adults, in education with our teachers, and even within ourselves.
Though we grow all our lives, no one actually teaches you how to grow beyond being a young adolescent. So how do we grow ourselves through adulthood? Take every opportunity to learn something new; whether it be a new sport, a new route home, or even a new way to tie your shoes. Learn something new, learning new things will keep your mind sharp and will make you proud of your of success.
Keep your curiosity; allow yourself to have some childlike curiosity, invest yourself in things you are truly interested in. Don't waste time pretending to like something or trying to let it grow on you. Go for things that give you butterflies, that excite your mind and make you restless in your seat. Always remember you only have one life, and not everyday is promised; so Carpe Diem! Make sure you have a good story to leave your loved ones with, life is like a flash of light so don't miss it.
Also don't underestimate yourself; if you think you can do it, you most likely can! Push yourself past your expectations and surprise yourself every once in awhile, you will see you can do more than you think and you will boost your confidence too.
Finally, never give up; achievements don't happen overnight, a lot of success takes a lot of work, keep trying to each your goal no matter how many times you fall, work harder than you've ever worked through your dream and you will grow and finally succeed.
Take these words with care and believe in yourself, remember your goals and dreams are as important as the persons you are working for! Be true to yourself and go for everything you want, You will grow past your garden too.

She welcomes help whenever it is needed.

In our growth, we have had some help along the way; we have learned from our teachers, parents and peers. As young children learning, we would ask for help all the time, we had no fear of judgement because we were new to everything.
Think of your growth like a child, when you are growing you're probably learning or experiencing new things; usually something you've never done before. When we take on new experiences whether it be learning or physical experiences, sometimes we have to go through challenges that we've never had to overcome before. Now when we were kids, all the adults around us were aware that we were new to everything, most wouldn't pass judgement on a child because they knew that child was inexperienced. So whenever you are experiencing something new, you're growth is exactly the same as the child you were when you were inexperienced. When you take on your next challenge, your next goal, or your next new experience; remember to allow yourself to ask questions, to ask for help, and to ask for company; because this experience is completely new to you, and just as you wouldn't be hard on a child for not knowing something they never experienced, you shouldn't be hard on yourself. Give yourself the patients that you would give to a child that would be learning something new, allow yourself some compassion and of course never give up. Welcome help along the way and whenever it is needed, because it will make for more memories and an easier experience.

She is proud of her accomplishments

Everyday we accomplish something new, whether it be accomplishing a goal, finishing a project that day, or simply getting through the day itself. We all experience small accomplishments throughout our everyday lives, but we choose not to recognize or offer gratitude for those smaller accomplishments. When we finish a hard task, or offer a helping hand when you usually don't, or even make it through a hard workday without quitting; we should recognize ourselves for those smaller accomplishments.
Being proud of yourself is uplifting, it is good to boost your confidence; it is also good to give yourself a pat on the back when you do things that are harder to do. Recognize your smaller accomplishments, you will allow yourself to be aware of all of the things that you can do, and you will also realize you get more done than you think.
Every task you finish everyday is an accomplishment! so be proud of yourself, regardless of what you do, how you got there, or how hard it was; know that you did it! You got up, you made it through, and you did it; don't give up on yourself, you can do more than you think, so be proud of everything that you do!

She explores beyond her horizons

She felt so free under the cold brisk air, taking in nature; the mountains and clouds surrounding her allowed her to find her center on an overwhelming day.
It is good to get out and get away sometimes, allowing yourself to take a break is essential for success. In order to operate at you're full potential, she believes it is best to find hobbies outside your busy life. Find things that will grow your peace and tranquility, do things that can help center your mind and allow yourself to reset and recharge.
Go for drives on a cloudy, cold day; roll the windows down and feel the air on your skin. Describe the sharp feeling of the fresh air as much as you can. Listen to music as loud as you can and sing your favorite songs at the top of your lungs, allow yourself to feel free for that moment.
Find a spot in nature to ground yourself; walk on the dirt barefoot, pick up rocks that you like and take them home and paint them. Touch all the leaves, branches and pedals, listen to everything around you and try to discribe each sound. Allow yourself to become one with nature, humans have always used the Earth for everything, allow the Earth to recharge you.
Turn off all devices and find a book; you can read, draw, paint or write to relax the mind and still get some creativity in. Disconnect from everything and give yourself some solitude; write all your thoughts in a journal, separate the good thoughts from the bad ones, keep the good and burn the bad! Draw or paint something beautiful for yourself allow yourself to be creative for you and reconnect with any inspiration you might have lost.
In order to operate at your full potential, you need to be energized to your full potential. Stepping away and giving time to yourself is essential for self care. Everyone deserves to rest their mentality, emotions and body, and in order to do that you must spend time with yourself. Learn the things that will help you maintain peace in the long run.

She is motivated for success

In our busy lives, sometimes, it is difficult to stay motivated when you are on a consistent routine. To keep our motivation at the same consistent level as our busy lives, it is good to add some excitement to our goals.
Although, we are already excited to reach our goals, adding an insentive for yourself or your business can give you an extra little push to get the job done.
Allowing yourself a sort of "prize," at the end of a goal will add to the successful feeling when you complete the task at hand. Wether it be, going to dinner after a successful presentation, buying a new outfit when you meet that waist goal, or getting yourself a Snickers bar at the end of your day just because you made it that far; give yourself a pat on the back and recognize you completed a task that you prioritized enough to make a goal!
Reaching our goals, even the small ones, is an achievement. Give yourself a small celebration for that win! You did it and proved to yourself once again you can complete your goals. When you recognize all of your achievements and allow yourself that small celebration, you will be more motivated to complete goals in the future, because you will remember your last completed goal as an achievement!
Always remember to never give up, when you feel at a stopping point with your goal; take in mind your last achievement, how hard it was to get there and how amazing it felt once you did it! Remember the prize at the end, and always give yourself a pat on the back! You do more than you think and are capable of anything you put your mind to! Everyone is successful, you just have to be motivated for success.

It's Okay To Not Be Okay

Hello friends and family, I know I haven't been much active recently, and truthfully I have been using this time to work on myself. It has been really hard trying to figure out what I'm going to say, but now I think I'm ready to share this with all of you.
It is okay to not be okay; over the past few weeks I have evaluated my mentality and my mental health, and taking care of your mental health is one of the most difficult, but much-needed things to do in the world.
During this time, I have experienced depression, anxiety, paranoia, and disassociation. Without going into much detail, I can say this has helped me grow and learn who I am, the things I want, and the things I'm willing to do to make myself better. I'm proud to say I will be getting help, I am proud to say I will be looking into medication for my mental health, and I am very proud to say that I am strong in helping myself; I am strong in allowing myself to open up to others about my trauma so that I can grow into a much more beautiful person.
There is no weakness in recognizing the damage that may have happened to you when you were younger. In fact it will make you stronger; helping yourself and allowing others to help you recognize the things that weren't meant to happen in your younger years, will offer you a sense of closure and some peace of mind once you console your inner child or that younger self that was hurt.
It is okay to acknowledge that you have a younger self inside you that is still hurt; when you start to go through all of your trauma make sure to find that hurt child, hold them and love them for the damage that they had been through, and forgive yourself for not acknowledging that child before. Most of us do not realize we have childhood trauma; the reason why most of us don't see that within ourselves, is because when we were children, or our younger years, it was normalized. Now that we are adults, and we start thinking of having children of our own or we have friends that have children of their own, we begin to see the things that we experienced in our childhoods as either good, bad or normal. I did not recognize my trauma until I had seen another child experience something that I had experienced in my childhood; when I had seen my younger self in that child, scared, nervous, and unknowing, I had realized right then; that wasn't supposed to happen to me, and it wasn't supposed to happen to that child either.
From this point on, I study so much into my mental health, because I want to be the best version of me that I can be. I have began studying into childhood development so I know what to avoid in the future with my own children and what to look out for in the children I currently have in my life.
I am so thankful for all of you and the support and love that I receive every day, I appreciate the kind words and motivation that you all reciprocate back into me. Everyday I am motivated to do better for all of you, I love giving my best advice, and my Outlook on the world to help every single one of you. You all show me that I can really do anything I put my mind to, and I hope to motivate you to do that as well!
Remember as always, to never give up, allow yourself to climb those mountains, and make sure you feel everything that you can; know that you can do anything you put your mind to!

New changes are coming

A letter to my 12-year old self

My Dearest Sweetheart,
I love you and all you are becoming. I am proud of you for taking on responsibilities that were not yours to carry, and still succeeding in school and smiling.
I am not someone you know yet, but the day we meet, I hope you will love me too. I am someone you will meet ten years from now; it seems impossible now, but yes we do make it that far. I am writing in hopes to see that glimmer in your eye again, and to feel that warmth in your soul. I'm letting you know, it gets easier.
I know with the way everything looks right now it seems like you will never get out, and honestly it's not gonna be easy. You're going to experience different things that will drastically change your mindset on the world; some will be good, most will be bad. It will seem as though you are at war with your parents, your peers and even yourself at times. You will get criticized for they way you look, talk and think, and even the people you love. It will feel like your alone but you won't be I promise.
I need you during these trials and challenges to never give up. Never put your head down, do not ever let anyone tell you, you can't make it. You are going to become all of the greater things you are destined to become. You are going to make it to your dreams, and everyone that laughed is gonna want a piece. You are going to experience true, real love. You will find someone that loves everything, every little detail about you; do not change your heart. I need you to embrace yourself, love yourself and every detail about you now, and protect your heart, not everyone deserves a piece of you.
Please take my words and keep them in mind everyday, because I know every day from this point on is going to be a challenge, but I promise you; you're going to make it, you're going to experience happiness, you're going to experience true love, and yes, you do get out of that toxic environment.
Please don't ever allow yourself to act like others. You are beautifully made, and I know you don't know what that means yet, but you will meet someone, a real mother figure, that will teach you how beautiful you really are. Embrace your kind heart and share your kind words with everyone.
I wish I could walk through this tough world right beside you, but I know you're gonna make it, and when we meet, you won't even realise, you will just feel relief and peace and know you made it to me.

Morning Affirmation 10.14.21

She is filled with love

Love can be expressed in so many different ways. She continues to be aware of moments when she can express her love for everything she sees and encounters. You can love everything and anything you come across, showing gratitude for every small moment in life will give you a more positive outlook.
She learns to express her love for everything around her through small gestures, and it has allowed her to have a slower moment in time to appreciate even the smallest detail the universe has placed in her path. She notices every detail as she steps outside; the light blue color of the sky, the crisp air, fallen leaves from the tree, indicating the start of fall. With closed eyes, she inhales the fresh air and listens very carefully as she lists all of the sounds around her; she opens her eyes and calmly, with joy, greets her neighbor and wishes them a great day. Once she is done taking in her surroundings, she steps back inside her peaceful home.
Inside her home, she greets her pets, one by one, she reassures every creature of her love and appreciation for them. She then, feeds them, waters them and makes sure they all start eating before she moves to her next task. After her babies are fed, she makes her bed, cleans any little mess, and starts getting herself ready for the day.
During this process, she is mentally making a list of things to be thankful for; waking up on a beautiful morning again, the calm weather, her friendly neighbor, her pets,and home. As she is getting ready, she repeats positive body image affirmations to remind her of her beauty inside and out. She is thankful for her senses, her mobility, and her mental health. She looks in the mirror, thankful for her body, and any flaws it has, she is thankful for her long hair, and she is mostly thankful for her self love she pushes everyday.
She continues to show her love for everything she encounters though smiles, compliments and small kind gestures. It costs nothing to show love and be kind; it not only can help you feel better but your positivity will affect everyone around you. Being kind can drastically change everyone's day! Love everything and everyone around you, your positivity will help others be positive too.
Share your kindness with everything, and always remember to never give up; you can do anything you put your mind to, always believe in yourself and do your very best. Love everything and everyone around you, your positive energies will radiate off of you onto others. Your kindness can change the world.

She is Radiant

When expressing kindness and love, it is difficult to not be radiant in the eyes of others.
It is good to share your kindness to the world without expectations, allowing yourself to be the joy in someone else's heart, without expecting anything back, will make others see you in a whole new brighter light. When spreading love and joy; your happiness will shine so brightly, no one will be able to resist it. The light in your eyes and the kindness in your soul will attract others to you like moths to a light lamp.
It is good to embrace your radiance and share it with the world. When you have a kind heart, it is contagious to others; when you pass on a kind gesture, usually it will create a domino effect of kind gesture in the community. Sharing your light with the world will only do the world good. Find a couple different ways to share your kindness with the world and see how your community will begin to change around you.
Changing the world doesn't have to be done drastically; changing your outlook to a more positive one, sharing your kind words or doing something nice for someone can easily cause a greater change in your local environment! Being kind costs nothing and offering your kindness to someone could affect their whole day. You can change the world to a more positive one with just your words.
Never give up on being kind-hearted, always push to be a more positive version of yourself and believe you will get there. Nothing is impossible and everything you think of can be achieved. Sharing your kindness and love will cause a positive affect on the world.

She is inspired by those around her

She finds it best to have a role model to look up to; someone with experience in the things you are trying to learn. It is also good to be inspired by people who make you excited to reach your next goal. Having friends and family support you and your goals will help you prosper further in your success, you need to be inspired by those who want to help you reach your goal in the best way possible.
Be inspired by those who will give you constructive criticism, there is nothing wrong with getting others opinion on your projects, especially if it differs from yours. Its actually beneficial to get a different outlook on your projects, because you are looking as the Creator and not the consumer.
Have supportive people around you all the time, being around those who have a positive view on you or your goals will make you feel more positive and successful in your smaller achievements, allow yourself to have friends and family who celebrate your baby steps with you.
Surround yourself with big thinkers; make sure you have others around you that think big like you, surround yourself with creative thinkers who will help spark new ideas in your head. Someone who thinks differently can help you find a better outcome for yourself or business. Allow a creative mind to help you flourish!
Be motivated by others, allow your friends and family to push you past your limits to reach your goals. A lot of times we don't see our full potential until we are pushed entirely out of our comfort zones, let your supporters push you to be your very best. Never give up on yourself, feed into their energy and use their enthusiasm to push you to your next goal!
Remember everyone in your support system is on your side! Everyone wants to see you succeed. Allow your friends and family to be the inspiration that motivates you to push further than you expected of yourself. If you ever feel like you can't do it, look to them and know that you can! Everything is possible as long as you push for it. Find a good support group and push for your very best. You can do it.

She moves through her day with positive intentions

She believes everyday is a new opportunity for success. In order for her to continue to reach her goals she must set positive intentions for the day. Setting these intentions gives her a set boundary of the things she will accept from the outside world. When setting her positive intentions for the day, she is sure to include her goals, her self care, and something that will help her long term happiness. Writing out your positive intentions for the day will help you remember them thoughout the day.
She intends to do her very best; she makes this an intention because it is something that is very important to her and something she wants to fulfill continuously throughout her day.
She intends to stay hydrated and eat when she feels hungry; this is something she battles with everyday and in order to remember this task, she makes it an intention to separate some time from the day to eat and continuously stay hydrated.
She intends to remove herself from toxic or negative situations that may occur today; in life she feels sometimes it can be difficult to decide whether or not you need to be involved in a negative situation depending on the severity of the situation; but she feels, in order for her to carry out a positive outlook on her surroundings and the overall positivity of the day, she must remove herself from any situation that can be considered toxic or negative conflict. As that is something very important to her, she sets it as one of her intentions to help her overall happiness in the long term.
She feels as long as she continues to set her intentions in a more positive outlook for the day, she will continue to grow in her happiness and overall positivity of her life.
Setting positive intentions doesn't have to be a drastic edition to your day, an intention can be a very small adjustment that can and will make a very big difference over time. Changing something so small to help a bigger goal is easier than trying to take the goal head on. Baby steps are still steps and be proud of completing your intentions, these small accomplishments will make a bigger successful goal.
Believe in yourself and don't give up, be serious with the intentions you create and watch your life transform more positivly over time. You can do anything you put your mind to! Be aware of moments where you will be able to fulfill your intentions and take advantage of those moments. You will grow your happiness and overall positivity in life.

Morning Affirmation 10.19.21

All of her problems have solutions

One of the biggest challenges she has difficulty overcoming, is the critic within herself; this judgmental being of her mentality is definitely the biggest obstacle she puts in front of herself. When this critical side gets ahold of her ear, she has the most challenging time being nice to herself, and in worse instances it has affected her overall positivity and work.
Through different coping techniques, she has learned how to manage her inner critic, she is learning to be kind to herself and her work, and she is surrounding myself with those who express their love for her. Learning how to silence this inner critic has been a challenge in itself, but through her challenge will come success, and she will never give up at being the best version of herself.
She has learned to step away when she begins feeling unsuccessful; when she works on any project in her creative field, she has a million thoughts running through her head about how perfect her product must come out. Once her inner critic gets ahold of her ear, she begins to look at every flaw that could possibly be in that work. She has learned to change her perspective from finding every flaw, to stepping away and allowing her tired eyes to rest. Allowing her eyes to focus on something different, or closing her eyes and allowing them to rest, helps her collect her thoughts so she can step back to my project without worrying on flaws.
She has learned to distract herself when feeling overwhelmed. As her inner critic makes her think of every possible outcome, to every small action in her life; she tends to get overwhelmed very easily. In these moments when she is feeling overwhelmed, finding a distraction, or using one of her outside hobbies, allows her to step away and still feel as though she is doing something productive and succeeding. Going out and walking her dog, spinning her rifle and doing some stretches, or watching a 30-minute episode of her favorite show are just some of her many outside hobbies or distractions she can use when feeling overwhelmed.
She has learned to celebrate every achievement; with this inner critic in her head, she has learned to force herself to celebrate even the smallest achievement like getting out of bed. When she can't ignore her most judgmental thoughts, she finds celebrating every moment allows her to recognize her gratitude with intention. Celebrating her small accomplishments, like her self-care, finishing any projects, feeding her pets, and yes, even getting out of bed; has motivated her to reach another goal.
If you also battle with a judgmental being in your mentality, these are just some small things that can help in those moments. Allow yourself the opportunity manage this inner critic so you can be the best version of yourself as well, nothing is impossible, and through challenges will come success. Never give up and always do your best, your judgemental being is the state of mind that can be changed it is not who you are.

She doesn't worry, everything is already hers

When learning new things, it is difficult to avoid worrying about the outcome. Finding ways to avoid worrying will be beneficial for you and the overall outcome of the project.
A more comforting technique that is useful is manifestation; when she has a new project, new goal, or a new interest; giving her desired end result to the universe allows her mind to rest in the belief that the universe and higher being will deliver what is already in her path. Speak what you want out loud and believe that it will come to you when you need it. It will come to you in your time.
Another beneficial technique is to educatate yourself on everything that has to deal with you're task; give yourself the ability to learn all that you can in order to have a full perspective and best result. Learning all that you can will make you more comfortable in the new subject you are pursuing, it will allow you a full educated perspective on all details you want or need to know. It can also make pursuing that subject easier.
Committing your best effort towards your goal or task at hand, will give you a more secure feeling in that field. Doing your best in everything will make you feel more at peace with the outcome because you will know you did you're very best. If you take this tool and educate yourself thoroughly you will have a better rate at success.
Believe in yourself and allow yourself to expand your horizons without worry. Take these helpful words and help yourself grow peacefully. Understand there will be challenges and obstacles no matter what, remember never give up, you can do anything you put your mind to. She is Proud of Herself

In such a tough world, it is so important to be proud of yourself and the person you are. It can be difficult at times, especially when everything is changing and trending. So how do we not get caught up in the herd like sheep?
Stand your ground with yourself; if you discover something and fall in love with it, stick with what you love no matter which way the trends move! If you find a passion in doing something different, use it to your advantage and express your differences in a beautiful way! Trust me, someone will see what you are creating and will love your originality for what it is; original!
Embrace your difference; being different from everyone else around you is such a great thing! You will stand out from the crowd, and in most cases persevere because of your originality. Stick with your originality and everyone will see you like a blue flower in a yellow field. After something falls into a trend that everyone likes, people begin looking for something new; keep your original plan all the way through and you will be seen, don't give in to the crowd.
Celebrate and hype up your uniqueness; you're different, be proud of it! It is not easy to love yourself and your differences but if you stand your ground and stick with who you are, celebrating your different self will become easier. You will love this person who doesn't blend in with the crowd, standing out will be the most beneficial thing you do, Celebrate it!
Don't give up on your original ideas; someone will see you and love all that you are! Be yourself and express yourself no matter what anyone says. She protects her heart

While we spread our kindness to the world, we have to be sure that we don't put ourselves in unnecessary situations that may drain our positivity. Avoid people, places and situations that you know can be potentially harmful to you.
It is okay to avoid people that have drained your energy; if you feel as though this other human has taken your time and energy and completely wasted it, or you don't feel loved or appreciated around them; cut them off. It is okay to completely remove any person from your life, if they have a toxic or negative impact on you, avoid them. You deserve so much more in this life, no matter who it is. Turn your attention to the friends and family that will love and appreciate you, making your own family is okay too! The people who want the best and support the best in you no matter what are the ones you want around; they will help you succeed, watch you succeed,and celebrate every moment with you.
Find yourself in areas that raise your positivity and make you feel good at the end of the day. Go to places that make you smile and laugh, places that will make everyday worth living. Do this and you will feel as though everyday is an adventure. Avoid areas that make you feel negatively, anywhere that you don't feel like going, places where you doubt your safety, and anywhere that might have potential for a negative situation. It doesn't matter if it's someone's house, a park or a store; if it makes you feel even the slightest bit wrong, avoid it, trust your gut and go the opposite direction. One of the best things about being an adult is you can go wherever you want, and if you don't want to go then you don't have to!
Avoid every situation that may drain your positive energy. It may seem impossible to avoid every situation; but if you find yourself in a spot where a negative situation happens to occur, you can very easily, get up and leave. Like I've said before; we are adults, we don't have to be anywhere we don't want to be. If you feel even the energy shift in the room you are free to leave at anytime, and I suggest you do; you're intuition will guide you in the right direction, if it gives you a bad feeling, leave. Don't allow yourself to be put in negative or toxic situations, set boundaries for yourself and tell others when you feel as though you don't need to be involved. There is nothing wrong in protecting yourself and your energy, you can avoid negativity and live a happy peaceful life, no one can control you, your views, or your choices.
You don't deserve to be drained of your positivity by anyone. You are strong, beautiful, and confident, don't let anyone let you think other wise. Morning Affirmation 11.1.21

She is elated and ready for a clear future

As the seasons are changing and this is another new month, it is time again, that we change. This month, create new goals that will encourage a greater change beneficial to your life.
When creating new goals, be sure to write them down or type them into a calendar that will remind you of the tasks you need to get done to complete the goal. Writing down your goals can help you remember and stay focused on what you really want to complete. It can also help you organize your thoughts and prioritize everything you want to get done. Writing out everything will allow your brain to see everything laid out instead of in jumbled thoughts.
Commit to the things you write; if you add it to your goal, or it is a needed task to complete the goal; commit to it! Trying to short cut a project or goal can potentially put you in a worse position and jeopardize the deadline. Make sure to complete every task that needs to be done in order to reach your goal. Remember with patients comes greater things, go through with the complete process and you will come out on top.
Focus on one goal at a time; I know when we start new project or find a new goal to complete, sometimes we want to get everything done right then and there. Instead of trying to finish your goal in one day or a couple of hours, take time and come up with a plan to help you succeed. When making a new goal, allow yourself to take time and find a process that will lead you to success. In some instances you can jump right into something new, but in order to complete a goal or task in that field, you need to come up with some sort of plan as to how you will get there. Be patient and follow your plan, it will be so much more clear to you instead of going in blind.
Always celebrate your success; no matter if it is completing a step in the direction of your goal, celebrate everything. Allow yourself to recognize your growth and this will make completing task easier. Have a small celebration for every step of the way, don't allow anyone to take your moment of happiness and growth away. Every moment is a successful moment as long as your growing. Continue to grow and recognize your growth and you will find success easier!
Love yourself and everything you do! Commit yourself to the things you love and do them well. Never give up, you can do anything you put your mind to, focus on your goals and allow yourself to change with the seasons! We will be successful we just have to work towards the success we want, be intentional about every decision you make to better yourself. It is so important to love yourself, learn about yourself, and focus on the person you are becoming. Although you can have other important people in your life, you need to be the most important person to yourself. Never allow someone to force you to change in any way, you are beautifully made in your own way and that's how the world needs to see it. Express yourself no matter what, don't allow anyone to steal your shine.
Here are a few facts about me, Alexi, that I feel will inspire you to continue to be your beautiful self! Don't let anyone change you, and never ever give up. I believe you will succeed in every aspect of your lives!
First; in order for me to feel as though I will have a good day, I need to listen to positive, upbeat music, and repeat Affirmations all morning before I complete any tasks. This is important to me because it allows me to have a positive start to my day and it really affects my overall mood in the mornings. It is also beneficial because I practice something I encourage everyone to do so often, and it allows me to have a first person view on the results. I feel like music can have a huge influence on us as humans, and affirmations allow us to train our brain to think positively.
Another fact, I read every blog entry to my dog before posting. My pets are so very important in my life, my dog, helps me through so much in my personal life. I read her everything I post because she brings me hope and happiness and her little puppy kisses encourage me to be my best. I do these things because they help my over all happiness, they make me feel better as a person and they put a sort of peaceful feeling in my mind that stops the negative thoughts before they happen.
Finally, I feel this fact is important for everyone especially if your starting something new. I started from scratch, everything in my business, everything I practice, I started from scratch. I am self taught and everything I create is funded me and my wife. Everything I write about, I feel so strongly, or I've experienced before. I feel this is important to know because most of the time you only see the success, not the steps taken to get there. I feel like it is important for you all to know everyone starts from square one and no matter how hard it is, as long as you keep pushing you will succeed to your full potential.

Morning Affirmation 11.5.21

She offers an inside look

As of right now, I spend most of my time finding new ways to create more inventory, and engaging with you, my followers. My daily routine consists of repeating affirmations, doing a creative projects, having a social lunch and returning to my creative projects.
Usually, my most time consuming project is hair bows; I hand fold each bow evenly, and glue them each to hair clips and add fun accessories, this takes the most time because I do my best to be very precise in the placement of the bow on the clip to make it even everytime. I enjoy doing this project because it is very calming, and I love seeing my beautiful bows complementing someone's beautiful hair.
My favorite creative project is sewing; I taught myself how to sew with a machine at the beginning of this year. I have learned so much within this time. I love sewing because I can create anything that comes into my mind, of course I have had multiple failed attempts while learning how to sew, but I haven't given up and I've made a few beautiful things for myself and loved ones around me. I haven't used sewing as a business opportunity yet because fabric in bulk is out if my price range right now, but it will be coming soon! That is a dream I will never give up on, I've always loved designing little outfits and tearing my clothes apart to make them my own; sewing and watching my designs come to life is really a dream come true.
The most relaxing creative project I enjoy doing is embroidery; I find embroidery to be so relaxing because like sewing, you can create your own design. To me embroidery feels like coloring with string; but with embroidery you can add different textures and make the picture pop out of its 'canvas' if you wanted to. I have added multiple embroidered designs onto projects I've created and outfits I've upcycled.
I believe the most important thing I do everyday is these Affirmation posts. I feel these are so important because I've noticed through my life, we as adults, forget to clap for ourselves. We forget to celebrate our little accomplishments, and we forget to praise ourselves for the things we get done on a daily basis. I feel as though affirmations are a wonderful subtle reminder that we are amazing! Affirmations are a small celebration in the morning or throughout your day for everything we live through. I believe the hardest part of being an adult is the lack of encouragement; we as adults don't clap or cheer everytime we finish a workday, or make the bed, or finish our homely chores the way we do for children. For me, repeating Affirmations throughout my day is equivalent to the claps and cheers we would get as children; I feel like with that being something that occured so often in our childhood, we subconsciously get use to that form of praise and when we form a lack thereof in our adulthood, we often become discouraged or even depressed, Affirmations are a great way to minimize that feeling.
Just like sewing, I just started embroidery this year, as well as bows and publicly writing my Affirmations; everything I used originally was passed down to me from my wife's grandmother, and mother, who seen a spark of potential in me. Without them, and their encouragment, my road to success wouldn't have been as easy to start this year! Within this year of learning everything, I have experienced plenty of ups and downs. I have failed designs, incomplete bow ideas and even half finished embroidery projects. I have pushed myself past limits I didn't know existed and conquered goals I thought were impossible! I have had bright days and dark days, and still, I push for my dreams.
I encourage you to push through everything, find the light in the dark, celebrate the smallest moments, and live for your dream and passions; don't give up after the second, third or even fifth attempt, you can do anything you put your mind to. Work for the things you love, be your own boss, and live the life you want to live. I believe in you

Evening Affirmation 11.6.21

She Expresses Gratitude

It is another beautiful Saturday that we have successfully completed, as our day comes to an end, let's recognize some things we can all be grateful for.
We must always remember that not everyday is promised, with many risks in the world, it is essential to celebrate another opportunity to be alive. Although we may have good health; life is very unexpected, sometimes we find ourselves walking through our lives planning ahead, as though tomorrow is definite, but realistically we don't know how much time we have here on this Earth. Be proud to have another day, use everyday to grow an succeed within yourself and celebrate everyday like it could be your last. Be thankful you have been granted another opportunity.
Even if you had a bad day, or week, you can still search for smaller moments of positivity. A good moment can be anything like getting out of bed, to having a self care day, or even completing a difficult workday. Celebrating your smaller moments will give you a glimpse of positivity and gratitude. Your smallest achievement is as important an extravagant as your biggest achievement, celebrate yourself and the things you do throughout your day. You deserve to see the greatness you produce, recognize your growth as it happens, you will be surprised by how much you can complete.
One thing I am personally grateful for is my outside hobby color guard. I enjoy color guard because I find dance to be very expressional and it has made expressing myself easier. My favorite piece of equipment from color guard is my rifle, I love my rifle because it is small and compact and I can spin it inside my house. Spinning my rifle helps me with my focus and creative blocks, it also can help me when I need to express negative emotions such as anger or sadness. I feel as though I allow dance to help me express myself because it helps me to feel the full emotions throughout my entire body, I can dance angrily and feel better my the end of a song through spinning my rifle, I find this may to be my most helpful outside hobby.
Finding things that we can be grateful for will help us feel better throughout our days. Although it can't be a total cure, having graditude for our smaller accomplishments will allow you to remember your most successful moments. Allow yourself a pat on the back for completing everything no matter how hard or easy it may be. Never give up on the things that may seem more challenging and don't allow anyone to tone down your celebration! You achieve many many things throughout your day, be gracious you have that ability and give yourself the respect you deserve. I believe you can do anything you put your minds to, celebrate your moments of growth as you experience them. You will succeed.

Good morning and happy Monday; most of us don't enjoy Mondays because it brings an end to our relaxing weekends, but as the weekend comes to an end, we should be grateful for the new opportunities to come this week. Change your mindset and try approaching your Monday as a day of hope.
As we start this Monday off, reevaluate your weekly and long term goals; see where you've grown and what is next. Allow yourself your mini celebrations for your achievements last week and through the weekend; remember we accomplish something everyday, find something to celebrate within your growth. Now this week, what are you most excited for? List out your goals and objectives for this week and prioritize the things that bring you the most inspiration, complete the things you are mostly motivated by as of right now on this Monday. Give yourself an exciting jump on the week and push yourself to be excited and hopeful for what is to come.
As you prioritize your weekly goals today, list the things you are most motivated to complete first; if you happen to finish those goals before the week ends, you can always reevaluate and organize your priorities throughout the week. Next list the things that will take the least time, these will be easier to complete through the beginning of the week because they won't be as time consuming. This will give you a boost to the beginning of the week, and a relaxing, less time consuming, transition to the end of the week. Using this tactic has made completing goals easier; continuously reevaluating and organizing priorities helps me to stay on track and complete goals.
When prioritizing your goals and objectives this week, be sure to allow yourself time to find something you are inspired by to learn. Whether it be a new trait, new talent or new hobby; be inspired by something that will bring you hope for your growth and allow you to learn something new at the same time. Being hopeful for new things allows you to stay motivated and committed to the task you need to complete.
As we get into our Monday, change your outlook, evaluate your goals and be thankful you have another opportunity to grow again. We are granted another new beginning, take advantage of this great opportunity to set up a successful week; don't allow yourself to look down on Mondays, it is a new start to complete new goals. Be hopeful for new things to come, this is your chance to start over within yourself, take your Monday and use it to set off a great week. These smaller tactics added to my more productive days help me stay on track with the project I am doing. Before finding my strategy, I would get very easily distracted and would try to complete more than one task at once. These small changes I've made to my day have made a huge impact on my productivity; now that I have a set schedule and other things to maintain my focus, I find myself completing my goals and tasks at a faster pace.
Find smaller things to add to your day in order to increase your productivity. If you have issues with focus like me, allow yourself small, timed, distraction breaks throughout the day. During that time do things completely opposite of your goal or task at hand, but be sure they are things you can complete within that timeframe. This will allow your brain to wander and focus on another things for a small moment and will help you remain motivated to continue your task or goal by not letting you get bored so quickly, this will also still allow you to do multiple things at once but in a timely ordered manner.
Try these things to help increase your productivity or focus, find things that will keep you motivated throughout your day. No matter how hard the day is, we will always accomplish something; never give up on yourself or your goals. Find a schedule or routine that works best for you, everything will fall into place then. You can do anything you put your mind to, nothing is impossible. Your goals and dreams are obtainable, you just have to find your way of getting to them, always believe in yourself and never give up.

When you surround yourself with things and people who make you genuinely happy, and completely remove everything that can cause a negative impact on your life; you will begin to see a positive change in your perspective on everything. Being joyous is so much more than just being happy; living a joyous life is allowing yourself to be completely unaffected by the negativity around you. When you lead a joyous life, you'll notice how you have set boundaries to protect your happiness. You will avoid situations that will cause a negative effect in your life, and prioritize surrounding yourself with those who make you feel your best.
Allow yourself to be more involved with optimistic people, you will never feel your best if you surround yourself with people who don't believe in you. Be around those who encourage you, inspire you, and give you an uplifted feeling. The people you choose to surround yourself with should want nothing but the best for you, find those that realize your potential the way you do.
Never allow anyone to steal your happiness; while you attempt to avoid every negative situation, sometimes situations can be unavoidable. Be sure in those situations to protect your happiness, don't allow yourself to stoop down to their level because they choose a negative lifestyle. One way to navigate through some of these tougher situations, is to kill them with kindness, while they shoot negative comments, slurs, insults; shower them with positivity, best wishes, and a happier life. No matter how much they try to attack, they will never be able to say that you attacked back; your happiness will be protected, as you didn't stoop down to their level, this will be a sign of growth, continue to grow in your optimistic life.
Surround yourself with those that refill your joy; allow yourself to find friends that will continue to refill and refresh your joy; as you spread joy and happiness through the world, be sure you have friends and family that will replenish that. Surround yourself with those that will feed into your energy as you feed into theirs; make friends that will make you laugh, smile, and express the feelings that hinder you from your happiness. Your support group, or the people you choose to surround yourself with, we'll have no problem assisting you or motivating you to be at your happiest point in life. They will always encourage you to be your best, and will never give up on your most important dreams.

As we walk through this life as adults, we need to find people that will support us and love us for the people that we are. She Rewards Herself After Completing Goals

As we are coming to an end to our week, I feel as though it is important to remind everyone that it is beneficial to reward yourself for all of the hard work you've completed.
Let's think back to the beginning of this week; what were some of the goals that you set for yourself? Did you complete or move forward in any of those goals? When moving forward in your goal or tasks at hand, rewarding yourself for making those small steps forward will give you more motivation to continue and grow in your future achievements.
Now that we are coming to an end to our week, let's reflect on all of our smaller achievements; waking up and getting out of bed, self-care or hygiene, and finishing a rough day at work; these are all things that we all go through, or all have been through. We must recognize that although we are adults, it is not mandatory that we get up and achieve these things. In order to remember these as achievements, we must be appreciative of our ability to complete these tasks; we are blessed to have the opportunity to grow another day.
As we shift through our week, we must also remember to shift our goals as well; while finishing off our tasks from the beginning of the week, let's think about what is to come as we end and close out the week. Now that we have completed the first part or initiated our long-term goal, it is beneficial to set a plan for what is next to come. Recognize the necessary steps it will take to complete this next section of your goal; gather all the necessary materials, and educate yourself on what you need to move further.
Being that we are allowing ourselves to celebrate our smaller achievements from the beginning of this week, we must not get caught up or lost in the celebration; in order to complete our long-term goals we must continue to move forward. Never allow yourself to just stop and settle for a smaller achievement when you set a bigger goal. Give yourself more of an opportunity to reach your highest expectations, push yourself to reach your bigger goal no matter how good you're smaller achievements feel, never settle.
Believe in yourself as much as I believe in you; anything you want to achieve in this world is possible, in order to grow as humans we must fail and struggle first. Never allow yourself to believe your struggles are a complete failure, when you struggle through something it is an opportunity to learn. Do not give up on yourself, no matter how hard, or how much you have to push. You are capable of anything you put your mind to. I believe in you.

Good Morning, and happy Monday!
Thank you for successfully completing another week with me; I really appreciate all your love and support, thank you for motivating me to be a better version of myself. I am proud of how far we have come together, our growth is bigger than we can see. Through this next week, let's keep in mind the things that help us and allow us to grow each day. Recognize the people who help you stay on track with your growth, boundaries, and success. Celebrate with them; you are in the process of creating your better self, show appreciation for the people around you that help you complete this goal. Appreciate yourself for successfully putting up boundaries and sticking to them; there is nothing harder than changing a habit, congratulate yourself for trying to change your routine or habits to benefit yourself. When you stay consistent with a positive change, you begin to grow; any sort of change in your habits that goes towards being your better self is a sign of growth.
Give yourself positive reinforcement when you complete the tasks that gets you closer to being your better self. Be aware and proud of yourself when you notice small signs of change; when you walk away from a negative situation, allow yourself to walk into a positive one. Find small positive things that can replace your negative situations and give yourself little incentives when you change a negative reaction to something. Noticing and rewarding your moments of growth will lock in your new habit as a positive memory, when you continuously repeat that action it will restore as muscle memory; you will eventually be able to complete that action without even thinking about it. This will become a habit within yourself, I find this to be the easiest way to recognize my growth.
Now that we are jumping into another successful week, we must readjust our goals. This week, when thinking of our goals; remember the things you completed last week, and the things you weren't able to get to. As always, find something new to learn, and this week, allow yourself some time to be thankful and appreciate those around you that celebrate your success. As we grow and climb the ladder to success, we must never forget those that helped us get there; while becoming our better selves, we must always stay humble. Remember where you came from, but don't stay there. Give yourself the chance to grow and travel and be something within your wildest dreams; we can complete any goal that we set our minds to. There is no wrong in finding your better self, but while creating the best person we want to be, we must continue to spread our joy and kindness through the world; we can't forget the help we needed along the way, so we must not forget the help others may need as well. As amazing as it may be to be at the top of our success, and the best version of ourselves that we want to be; it will be very lonely if we become selfish and don't bring anyone with us. Pass on the knowledge that you gain along the way, spread love and joy amongst anyone you come across, and never ever allow yourself to become selfish.

Good morning my loves today I am doing a page out of my self-care book, " Notes to Self", by Lisa Currie.

The quote that inspired me to do this page is; "You're an emotional jigsaw at the moment, but you're gonna piece yourself back together. You know, start with the corners. Look for the blue bits." - Man Up movie, 2015

I chose this page because I believe it is very important to start small when taking care of yourself; when you have a big fall, or you decide to make a drastic change in your environment or life; it can be very difficult to piece together everything you are and everything you want to be. I feel as though when you take little pieces of your personality, or you take little bits of an issue bigger than yourself; you give yourself a chance to put it together slowly.
The four topics I was able to write about today in my book, are very small, and to some might seem insignificant; but when you start with simple easy to remember pieces of your life, you will be able to put together a whole big picture.
A song I think is beautiful; I believe all music has a huge effect on us as humans, one song that stands out to me and really helps me during all times of my life is Rescue by Lauren Daigle. This song makes any situation in my life feel possible, the lyrics bring me hope and happiness when I sing them; It always makes me feel like I can come out of anything.
It is good to find music that makes you connect with all of your emotions, music is such a powerful thing, it can change your whole mood, or help express yourself in a different way. I have always used music and dance as a smaller hobby to help release and express different emotions thoughout my life.
A love I can count on; not all love has to be romantic. I feel like the most love I can count on comes from my dog Sunshine; when I think of love that is always wanting and giving, I think of Sunshine. She always makes me smile and knows when I am feeling down, it is great to have a pet that expresses their love and affection for you. This love is one that I can and always do count on, I know when I come home my dog Sunshine is always gonna be there waiting for me, she has helped me grow as a person, emotionally and mentally. I would be a different person without my dog Sunshine.
My happy place; I feel like everyone should have a space of solitude that they can consider their happy place. For me, my place of happiness is Aguirre Springs in New Mexico; I have been blessed to live in a location in New Mexico with the most beautiful mountains, the Organ Mountains. Being that I grew up around these high plain rock formations, I have always felt comfort in high locations. Aguirre Springs is a national park and campground that is behind the mountains; where it is located, you have a perfect distant view of White Sands. I love being able to look out over the town, I feel like giving myself that distance from everything really allows me to step back and take in my surroundings. When I come back down from Aguirre Springs, I always feel like I have gathered all my thoughts and now have a view of the bigger picture. I encourage everyone to find a location that gives you enough peace and comfort that you feel completely rejuvenated after your visit there. Everyone deserves a happy place.
A simple pleasure; I feel like with the way we are always on the go, we deserve to give ourselves a break when needed. When I take my self care breaks, I am sure to include time to make myself happier as well; my simplest, most rewarding pleasure, is lounging around with my pets and wife. My little family unit is the most calming place for my mentality, there is nothing better than staying in with my fur babies and the love of my life. On days like this, we stay in pajamas, eat snacks and order take out. Sunny gets treats and table scraps and melan gets tuna tar tar (canned kitty food), we watch funny movies or my favorite binge tv show right now, Dance Mom's; I love taking some time out of my busy life to do this very important act of self care. I feel just as rejuvenated as visiting my happy place, this is the most rewarding simple pleasure in my eyes because I don't have to go anywhere to feel comfortable or peaceful.
I chose this page because it really made me think of the smallest things that bring me joy. I woke up this morning and was able to appreciate my little puzzle pieces of my life that I occasionally take for granted. I encourage you to think of the smaller things in your life that you sometimes forget to acknowledge and celebrate them today, take a moment and be thankful for your smaller pieces that make you, you; there is no rush to make the big picture, take your time admiring your smaller pieces. Your picture is gonna come out beautiful in no time.

She will enjoy the month of December

As we enter the last month of the year, let's focus on closing out our year long goals, and set our monthly goals once again.
While setting your goals; write out all the things you intend on completing, this will give you a visual outline and can make prioritizing everything easier. Add all of your goals to a calendar, this helps with time management and organization. Surround yourself with people who want to see you succeed! With all the festivities that comes with December, be sure to include spending time with your support circle, be around those that will encourage you to finish out your goals and have a great time while doing so.
This December, I will complete my long term goals of starting new traditions this year, starting my business this year, and growing more within my family unit. As for my short term monthly goals, I will focus on self care; taking care of my mentality, my body and my spirituality. This month I will enforce boundaries, I will
Set a personal self care routine, and I will begin practicing my religion again. I feel as though these smaller goals I have set for this month will have a big impact on my lifestyle and will be a positive environmental change that will be easily obtainable.
This month, I encourage you to embrace those that support and love you and your success, be sure to include your support circle in your accomplishments, allow yourself to clap for others as they clap for you. While experiencing your celebrations and festivities, don't allow anyone to come in and shut you down. You deserve to celebrate your success, avoid situations or people that may have a negative outcome.
Although you have your support circle that will celebrate with you; be aware of those that are not supportive of your success, avoid anything that obstructs your boundaries. With the holidays coming around again, do not allow traditions to make you feel as though you must be trapped in an area that's gives you a negative feeling. As we are all adults, let's remember that we are not mandated to spend time with people who don't support us. If a certain area or person has a negative affect on you do not acknowledge them, no matter the relationship, you deserve to be treated better.
Understand the growth that you've made; within this year, if you have cut off, or avoided certain people because of the negative effect that they have around you; you did it in your best interest. No matter the relationship, or friendship that you may have had, it is important to protect your happiness at all costs. While the holidays come around, do not force yourself into situations because of family tradition. If it is difficult to be around someone, if it makes you feel like you're going to be sick, or it gives you bad dreams; do not force yourself into that situation.
Remember you are worth more. Give yourself more love this December, protect yourself over anyone this season. I understand how difficult it is to avoid people that you routinely see because of holidays; but understand you are stronger, your happiness is more important than that dreadful visit. Everything you have worked for, all of the boundaries you've set, and every mountain you have climbed; is meant to help you at this moment. You are stronger than you believe, and you don't need people to bring you down. Your support circle is all the love that you need; I encourage you to embrace the love you that have and don't fight for a love that is not there. You deserve support, happiness and success; no one in this world is powerful enough to take that away from you.

Morning Affirmation 12.3.21

She is taking good care of herself

Self care is essential for having a successful life. Whether that be physically working out, or making yourself look good for your own happiness, or going to counseling to better your mentality; working at taking care of yourself will benefit you in all areas of your life. Setting self care goals and dedicating a moment to care for yourself will allow you to learn who you are and help you become the person you want to be.
When setting self care goals, take a moment to think of all the things you would like to improve on within yourself. Separate your list by things you can do now and things that will take time; with this, create your long term and short term goals. I find this to be the easiest way to separate my thoughts and keep track of my improvements. With your goals set; take a moment to decide how often you would like to improve that portion of your life, the add your goals to your routine and as always commit to what your write! In order to improve yourself and complete your goals, you must maintain consistency.
Some things I've added to my personal self care list include practicing my boundaries, affirmations and hygiene. With my life being so busy and set to a schedule, I do admit, I must pencil in my self care in, in order to remember to complete it. I believe there is no wrong in setting reminders, or separating time, to care for yourself. As long as you maintain a healthy relationship within yourself; use whatever method helps you best to complete your self care goals.
When I decide to make an environmental change, or set a new self care goal; I always write it down or add it to my digital calendar. In order to remember to complete this task I must add it in detail with an alarm; this is the easiest way to remember when to do simple self care in my life. One of the most recent things I have added to my routine is doing makeup everyday; this task is simple to most, but for me, in order to complete this task, I set an alarm and add it to my self care list.
No matter what works best for you, it is important to take time to care for yourself. I believe true happiness comes from within, and in order to achieve that you must be happy with yourself. Find different exercises that improve your mood, add different tasks to your routine, make environmental changes; do whatever it takes to make yourself happy. You only have one life; live it to your best ability and experience happiness to its fullest extent. Don't give up on what you deserve, I believe you can do anything you put your mind to.

She Takes Pride in Her Home

Good morning and happy Monday, I do apologize for the late post. This Monday I have taken the initiative to decorate my house, I spent all day reorganizing and decorating my house to get in the holiday spirit.
With this month being full of holidays, It can be fun to get into the spirit of things, I feel as though decorating can be an uplifting way to kick off a fun filled December. This year when decorating my house, I was sure to include moving around my furniture; moving everything around was hard work but it paid off in the end.
Decorating your house, even if it's not for holidays, can be very beneficial to your self care. When you decorate, or move around your furniture; it can give you a new outlook on your home, and change the flow of creativity with the new looking environment. When moving around your home, think of new ways that the furniture can be used; try to do different out of the box ideas, and allow yourself to add as much creativity to your home as you want.
Placing decorations in your home can be an expression of who you are, what you like, and how you feel. Allow your house to express who you are; being that your home is your sanctuary for solitude, I feel it is beneficial to make and decorate your home as cozy and expressional as you would like. Place decorations in your home that make you feel good, or make you smile; when you place different items in your home, allow it to be things that flow positive energy throughout your house. Get things that will make you feel happy or make you laugh, fill your home with items that will benefit you in different aspects of your life.
Your home is your solitude; decorate your house anyway that you would like, be proud in the way your home looks, and take care of the things that make your home look good. If you place yourself in an environment that is comfortable and clean, you will find yourself being able to complete your tasks easier, so why not make that comfortable spot in your home. Make your home the sanctuary you want it to be, decorate things in a way that will make you feel positive and successful.
I feel like when you look good, you will begin to feel good, and in the end you will do good. When decorating your house, keep these words in the back of your head; let the items in your house make you feel good so you can do good. Feel successful in your beautiful home, decorate and express yourself with pride. You are free to be who you want to be, express yourself in your place of solitude.

Morning Affirmation 12.7.21

She Slows Down to Enjoy The Gift of the Present Moment

After all the decorating yesterday, I plan to take today slowly; it is important to take breaks or relax when your body and mind tell you to. Today I will enjoy my environment around me, and relax in my place of solitude, my home. I feel like relaxing in my home like a hermit crab will benifit my mind and body as a whole, setting myself a resting place and allowing myself that rest will help me continue to be as successful as I am, and help me succeed further.
When I take time to relax, I am able to slow the racing thoughts in my mind, I have more patience when taking on new projects, and the pressure I put on myself drops to a minimum; Taking this time to relax will make me feel rejuvenated and benifit my future in the end.
During this type of self care, I continue to be productive; this time is spent dump-writing every thought rushing through my mind, this helps slow things down and makes it easier to concentrate on creating ideas. I take time to affirm and change my Affirmations if need be, I spend more time than usual repeating my affirmations and its great to change your affirmations to fit your needs. I also finish any networking wether that be creating content or buying and checking inventory or updating social media; I attempt to get some business work done even on my off days to get ahead of my own game. Doing this, helps me feel productive throughout my off days so I don't feel negatively towards myself.
Today I will be doing my makeup and caring for my body, I am also going to be buying new inventory for my winter bow line, and of course spend time lounging around with my fur babies.
I will take this day as it comes, and let my rest help me continue to grow. Doing these simple tasks today, will benifit my self confidence, with my mind and body, and bring me closer to the ones I love. When I feel like my body and mind are telling me to rest, I take it seriously because these are the only things keeping me going. Without a fully rejuvenated mind and body, I am unable to be the best I can be. Whenever you are feeling drained, it can be difficult to give your best effort in anything. Take your rest seriously and give your mind and body the best treatment.
When you feel like you need rest, listen to yourself and take it seriously. There is nothing worth more than your mental and physical health. Find things that will benefit you during your moments of relaxation and allow yourself to grow during those times. In order to be your best you must take care of yourself, give yourself time to rest and you will succeed further.

It is important to stay connected to people who love and support you, having a solid support system will benefit you and those around you in that group. Having friends and family that love and support you helps encourage further growth, it's a great feeling to have others cheering you on in your moments of success. Being that your friends and family feed into your success, it is also important that you feed into theirs as well. Having a support system can be beneficial to everyone involved as long as we remember to share the celebration. Take notice of your friends or family members when they succeed in their lives as well, become their biggest cheerleader as they are yours. Although we maintain very busy lives, we must put aside a moment to celebrate each other and our successes. Finding a moment to appreciate the ones we love and celebrate the things we have accomplished will make everyone feel the encouragement needed to continue to thrive. Celebrations and acknowledging each other's achievements will benefit our growth, confidence and motivation. We can all grow together, we will all be successful, love and celebrate those who support and love you. A.A
