About the Artist:

Layna Colipano

I am a Full Time MOMMY to 3 beautiful kids, I work a full time job (which I’ve been employed since I graduated high school) and I’m an artist, I love to draw.

After years of drawing in my eyebrows I finally got mines done. This appointment is where I had my “AHA” moment and told myself “I CAN DO THIS. IM GONNA DO THIS.” And I did.

Now I help women achieve smudge/water proof make up filled permanent Brows here on the island of Kauai. I currently only offer Ombré Powder Brow tattoos and Tiny/Fine line tattoos.

What’s Ombré powder brows? 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐞́ is a semi permanent make up procedure that mimics the look of your brows being filled in with brow make up. The fronts of the brows are shaded in softly where as the mid to tail of the brows are more defined. This creates that beautiful brow powder/pencil/pomade look. After your initial session heals, it’ll lighten around 30-40%. A touch up following 4-8 weeks after the initial is usually required. [𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐞́: the gradation from light to dark. 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐝𝐞𝐫: a technique that creates a soft, powdery, pixelated look.] This service is perfect for all skin types and depending on skin type/lifestyle/other factors, will last up to 2-3 years. The procedure itself can take anywhere between 1.5 to 3 hours to complete and will typically take 10-14 days to heal.
