8 years ago I lost my ovary from an ovarian cyst. It was an eye opening experience and it lead me to go into nursing school & search for answers & advocate for other women struggling with the same thing. In my journey of schooling, I learned that toxic products could be causing my hormonal imbalances & after making significant changes to my life style I saw improvement & reversed my PCOS!
After three babies, trying products from everywhere under the sun, I’m passionate about helping other people switch & ditch their toxic beauty, personal and wellness products 🫶🏼✨

My goal is to help women get their health back on track, help homemakers feel confident in cleaning their homes & help them save money by simplifying and romanticizing their health journey! We only get one body & one life, let’s honor it and preserve it! ❤️
