Must Read Before Scheduling, once you have scheduled an appointment you agree to the below.
Deposit Fees: Certain services require a deposit. This is non-negotiable and non-refundable. Deposits DO NOT transfer over to new appointments, unless you rescheduled your appointment 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If you are cancelling and not rescheduling you do not get your deposit back and a new deposit may be required depending on the service selected.
Rescheduling/Cancelling or NO Call/No Show: Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Your appointment is considered "Locked In" at 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and you will be charged the full price of the service scheduled.
If Cancelled/Rescheduled within:
• Before 24 hours: no fee will be charged.
• After 24 hours or No Call/No Show: The full price of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
IF THE CARD ON FILE IS INVALID, YOU WILL BE SENT AN INVOICE THAT MUST BE PAID BEFORE BOOKING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS: I will work with you to achieve a realistic look that you want that does not compromise the health of your hair/skin, sometimes this takes multiple visits.
Service Guarantee: I want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are unsatisfied with the service/results, let me know what you are specifically unsatisfied with and I am happy to help you reach a realistic goal that does not compromise the health of your hair/skin. However, once you leave the salon, you have 1 hour to notify me of any issues. After the hour, services are over, you will be required to pay for any new services. This does not include Color Fade. See "Color Treatment Service - Color Fade" for details.
Color Treatment Service - Color Fade: you will have 7 days from the time of service to notify me of the issue with your color treatment. If you have notified me in 7 days from service and followed the "at home" regimen using the suggested products, you will qualify for a free color treatment correction service.
• If you DID NOT notify me within 7 days of your Color Treatment service and/or did not follow the "at home" regimen; YOU DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A FREE color treatment correction and you will need to pay a $35 per color bowl fee.
