You can’t really be there for others if you don’t take care of yourself first. Get enough sleep, eat well, drink your water, Give yourself a break every now and again So that you can be in your best mental, physical and emotional state possible.

The mind is a very powerful thing and your thoughts can influence everything in your physical body, your emotions, mood, and your life. Sometimes your thoughts can become negative and make you feel as if you got stuck in the gutters, in a funk, feeling like things won’t ever change.
