While some of you may be looking forward to have a good time and spend the day with your family & friends, there may be others who struggle to get out of bed. There are people who struggle to communicate and socialise with others on a daily basis. People with social anxiety have a long-term and overwhelming fear of social situations. There are people amidst you who struggle to even groom themselves. Depression makes basic hygiene feel difficult. We would love to help those in need of solutions, especially in terms of physical grooming. Hence, this is why we have put together this initiative to provide a platform for those struggling with mental/physical health to find solutions for their health concerns and to also be able to SPEAK, SHARE & NEVER FEEL EXCLUDED AGAIN.

• Promoting the welfare of individuals who suffer from mental health conditions such as depression or anxiety through mental health advocacy.
