💜 Deposit
When you book you will be required to pay a 20% deposit which can be paid by bank transfer. Your appointment isn’t secured until the deposit is paid. The deposit will come off your appointment price.

💜 Cancellation
You will be sent a reminder 48 hours before your appointment and will need to confirm you are still able to make the appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment your 20% deposit will be forfeited.

💜 Lateness
You must acknowledge that arriving late to your appointment will result in less lashing time and Beauty by Gray Lane is not responsible if this impacts the desired or normal fullness of your lashes.

💜 No Shows
No shows are treated as a cancellation and deposit is lost, however, there is a 3 strike policy. If it occurs 3 times you will no longer be able to book.

💜 Refills
If you arrive with less than 40% of your extensions remaining I will only have time to complete a fill, as fill appointments are shorter than a full set it will impact the fullness at the end of your appointment. If you have booked a refill and now need a full set, please send me a message so I can allow more time for your appointment.

💜 Covid
If you or anyone in your household has had any covid symptoms or have been a close contact please reschedule your appointment.

💜 Attending Alone
Please don’t bring anyone else to your appointment.
