Hi! My name is Kaitlin Hanna. Working behind the chair is my absolute favorite thing to do. I specialize in Vivid Colors, Lived-in Color and Reds. I love everything about color, if you ask- i’ll probably do it. I never thought I’d love doing hair as much as I do, but it truly is my passion.

Throughout beauty school I had no interest in hair whatsoever, I only wanted to do makeup. When I met my teacher, Mrs. Dawn from OCM BOCES, she asked me why I didn’t want to do hair. She told me I needed to get interested in it, because I was too good to give up on it. From that day forward, I’ve spent all my time on improving techniques and furthering my education. Hair has become my life, and I could not see it any other way. I’ve now been working as a licensed hair stylist for 4+ years and I cannot wait to see what the next years bring! In 2022 I placed Top 100 out of 9,000+ entries in the Behind the Chair One Shot hair awards, for the Reds category. It was my first time entering and I never thought my entry would place, but it did! I am so grateful to do what I love every single day. Making people feel good is the most rewarding part of the day.

Outside of the salon, I spend my free time with my dog Grizzlee, my boyfriend, my friends and my family. I absolutely love to travel, there’s not many places I won’t go to, just give me a beach and a margarita and I'll be good! I am a huge concert goer, and always usually have a couple lined up, besides country concerts… I will not be at those. Talk to me about Star Wars or The Office, I'm obsessed with both. Lastly, I am a HUGE coffee drinker, and I will never say no if offered.
