NEW COVID-19 POLICIES

Due to the covid-19 out break there are some new policies in place to ensure the health and safety of myself and my clients.
•You will be require to sign a covid-19 consent form prior to your scheduled appointment.
• a mask must be worn throughout your appointment, I will also wear a mask
• sanitize hands before entering
• if you develop symptoms before your appointment , your appointment will need to be rescheduled for a later date

HENNA BROW APPOINTMENT

henna brow appointments will require a patch test to be scheduled 24-48 hrs before service appointment.

LASH APPOINTMENT

Always arrive to your lash appointment with clean lashes (no makeup). Be prepared to be laying down with eyes closed for the allotted time of the appointment. You will need to Refrain from any phone calls or text messages during this time. If you cannot do this , and continually open your eyes , I will stop the service and reschedule for a different day.

CANCELLATIONS AND TARDINESS

cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointments cancelled after the 24 hour period and you will be charged a cancellation fee of $10 before you can book your next appointment.

Please contact me if you will be late to your appointment. Appointments may be shortened to accommodate any lateness. If you are 20minutes late , your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee before booking your next appointment.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Payment of all services can be made via e-transfer or cash. (If paying cash , please bring exact cash). Pricing of services may change at anytime through price increases or promotions. All services are non-refundable.
