Tiana Belin is a savvy 21st century business woman who speaks with genuine enthusiasm about the power of creating one's own destiny.

In 2006 that she discovered her love for the beauty industry. There was something about the way a woman’s eyes lit up after getting her hair and nails done that pushed her towards learning more about the industry. Tiana went on to gain both her Cosmetology and Esthetics license as well as Lash Extensions, Microblading and Teeth Whitening Certifications.

In 2017, Tiana took a leap of faith. She quit her corporate job of almost 10 years and moved to Dallas, TX where she started her own business as a lash and brow artist. Her passion for wanting to see women successfully grow within their choice industry or as an entrepreneur led her to create business mentorship and consulting programs that help women expand their service menus and help generate more income.

Tiana is an advocate for empowering and encouraging women to be the best version of themselves by embracing their femininity, not conforming to the ways of society & uniting and uplifting other women rather than viewing them as "competition.” She instantly inspires others by the energy, dedication and enthusiasm she puts into every project she organizes. Her humbleness and modesty creates an inviting and trusting atmosphere that makes women feel comfortable confiding in her.
