Hi ! My name is Sean. I’ve been a Fitness Trainer for the past 7 years & I’ve been fortunate to learn from the best at some of the top fitness gyms in North America throughout my career.
I put everything I have into ensuring my clients improve their bodies and lives. I was named in the Top 10 percent of trainers consecutively in Canada with GoodLife Fitness from 2015-19. My commitment to continuing education throughout my fitness journey has been paramount to my development in delivering a great service to my clients through functional movement, nutrition and recovery methods. Fascial Stretch Therapy™is a form of bodywork that targets fascia, the most prevalent connective tissue in the body. Fascia governs all aspects of movement, and is most prevalent in muscles, tendons, organs, nerves and ligaments. Overall, FST a practice that encourages better movement in everyone who receives treatment.
The stretch that occurs during an FST session is under a fully relaxed body, aiding in a deeper stretch and tuning in with the parasympathetic nervous system. FST is incredibly gentle, and sessions are pain free. It can aid in faster recovery from injury by improving blood flow to muscles, and for the same reason may result in improved athletic performance.
Throughout the years, Sean has worked on hundreds of individuals including professional athletes, working professionals, special needs populations, youth and the elderly. Sean has been a Fascial Stretch Therapist and Practitioner for 6 years and is currently Level 2 Certified through the Stretch-to-Win Institute in Phoenix, Arizona.
