2. prequel
go to prequel and put adjust like this
exposure: 20+
contrast: 25-
highlights: 50+
shadows: 100+
glow: 10
blur: 50
now go to filters and
look for the filter called “Oakland 2” and adjust it to 50!
then go to effects and look for the effect called “sparkles 1”
and adjust it like this
star intensity: 100
star scale: 6
star rotation: 100
filter: 0

and that’s it for my colouring!
