My 1:1 self-love coaching guides you to develop a healthy and positive relationship with yourself. I help you cultivate deeper feelings of self-worth, acceptance and appreciation towards yourself.

In our sessions together we will work on building confidence, setting boundaries, dealing with emotions, practice mindfulness and more.

I will help you build a personalized toolkit of techniques, strategies to acheive your Self-Love goals.

My purpose is to empower you to become your best-self and love the person you are! 💜
