I’m a woman with a story to tell and knowledge to share!

Before I became a mom, I had a dream to change the lives of others. Helping children and families have been my first passion. Now I am focused on the whole person and the whole family.

Not only am I working towards become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I am dedicated to improving the lives of others through lifestyle changes and direct trauma informed care.

What you will find here is my passion for non-toxic and sustainable products as well as the on-going work I do to better the lives of children and their families. I am a recognized member of my community and it’s my privilege to serve them and others.
