Rare location! Adjacent to The Gathering Spot, enjoy a resort experience right outside your door. The Gathering Spot includes a heated lap pool, hot tub, covered children's splash pool, large playground, outdoor grills, lots of poolside seating and dining, and restrooms. NatureWalk is a walkabout community and proudly features miles of private walking trails throughout the neighborhood and adjacent Point Washington State Forest. Grab a quick workout along the way with guided HIIT activities along the trail.

Don't forget your furry family member either! Your dog wants to romp around 30A, too. This designer home and neighborhood is pet friendly. The quiet neighborhood is great for walks with pup. *Must have written approval from Exclusive 30A to bring your pet and pay a non-refundable pet fee.

When you are ready to visit the sands of 30A, the Van Ness Beach Entrance is only 2.7 miles from the home. Parking is available at this ADA accessible beach entrance, located between Watercolor and Seaside.. Seaside is only 2 miles away for shopping and dining options!

The space
While you will find that many of the Cabins situated in the smokeys lack Wifi (or cellular service), rest assured that we offer wireless broadband internet service, including Live-TV DVR & Streaming Services, on any of the 4 HD flat screen TVs in the cabin. A perfect way to get a way from it all while still maintaining the modern amenities of the new decade.

Warm up by one of the multiple fireplaces while watching your favorite show. Or relax in the hot tub, located on the sprawling back deck with picturesque views.

Beautiful granite countertops line the custom made kitchen and bathroom cabinets, while the stainless appliances give you confidence for cooking your next meal. Don’t feel like cooking? Have Uber Eats deliver directly to your cabin from one of dozens of restaurants in the area.

After a long day in the National Park or riding rides at Dollywood, retreat to the master suite. A generous master bedroom features a large king bed and HD TV. The on-suite luxury bathroom offers a giant walk-in-shower with 3 shower-heads.

Other things to note
**Our driveway is considered steep. During the warmer months, most cars can make it 99% of the time. However, during the wintery months with ice and snow, it is HIGHLY advised to have 4-wheel drive to make it up and down the driveway. It is also encouraged to message me before booking in the winter months so I can discuss some tips and advice for your stay.

**NO PETS. We love animals, but we are not currently hosting them at any of our properties. A $300 fine will incur if a pet is found in/near the cabin. We have VERY active wildlife around our cabin, and pets have been known to either wander or get hurt. Please do not bring a pet. Service animals may be an exception with official paperwork provided. But that must be approved and discussed with me before booking.

About this space
Get ready to kick back and relax! This is 40 acres of beautiful wooded land with six tiny cabins nestled in on a ridge that overlooks a pond and downtown Denison, TX. Although it feels secluded, the cabins are not far from shopping, dining and antiquing. There's currently no WIFI which gives you the opportunity to unplug, unwind and be present in this beautiful country side.
The space
There is a winding gravel road that takes you back where the cabins sit on a ridge. Swing in the hammock, dine al fresco on the porch or at one of the picnic tables on the lawn. Enjoy a nice fire in a Solostove fire pit that is also smokeless once you get it going! Our lumberjack chopped and stocked plenty of wood that you'll find next to the garage. Be aware
of critters and wildlife should you decide to hike through the woods.

Inside, enjoy the supple leather sofa with a cozy blanket comfortable for napping or lounging. There are a few books on Denison provided on the coffee table incase you'd like to learn a little history on our small town. Enjoy entertaining, cooking and eating all in one with the cooktop kitchen peninsula that seats up to five guests. For a late night runs to the bathroom, there's a motion sensing toe kick light for those of you sensitive to light. There's a fun King loft above with ladder access and a private bedroom below with a queen bed and big screen tv. We hope that you enjoy staying here as much as we do, if not more!
