Hey! I’m Lauren 👋🏼 I’m into holistic healing and love me some essential oils. I started this journey to find the best products for my eczema prone very sensitive skin and revive my dead over processed hair. During the past 1 and 1/2 years of using the products I’ve transformed into a clean beauty junkie. You can catch me on my yoga mat, sippin’ some wine or trying to snuggle my cats (they prefer my boyfriend 🙄). I’ve brought my South Jersey spunk down with me to Maryland. I also have a BS in Exercise Science and an MS in Nutrition Education. So you can look out for some wellness tips on my IG as well!
