With a vision of bringing friends, family, and loved ones together, Berries & Brie was born. Located in Northern, VA Berries & Brie started as a passion project for Owner Bianca, and quickly turned into a full time business.
Since 2020 our mission is to thoughtfully source and showcase locally crafted cheese & charcuteries that are the highest in quality and standards. Everything on our boards is an ode to the hardworking farmers and local craftsmanship we use on our lavish grazing creations.
We aim to provide a luxurious, one of a kind, handcrafted grazing experience. We specialize in taking your vision for your event and incorporating that into our beautiful spreads. All our products are freshly picked, hand selected, and seasonally curated. Our boards reflect our commitment to providing fresh, quality, deliciousness, from every detail - big or small!

Terms & Conditions
Deliveries are made within a 28 mile radius from zip code 20136. Our drivers will attempt delivery at address provided, please ensure the correct address has been provided. Driver will always notify 15 min prior to arrival for delivery. If no one answers within 5 min of arriving to requested delivery address - order will then be left at doorstep.
If delivery cannot be made due to weather conditions we will notify you prior to order date to reschedule.
Any order or service that is being purchased from Berries & Brie will require full payment upfront. All large bookings need to be made at least 1-2 months prior to the request date.
Due to the fresh and organic nature of our products, returns of perishable goods cannot be accepted. Should there be an incorrect or faulty item in your delivery we must be informed within 12 hours of the product being received in order to offer replacements or refunds. Images of defective or incorrect items will be required.
Cancellations/ Order Changes
Customers can cancel/ amend orders within a 2 hour “grace period” after booking. Beyond this, we are unable to process cancellations or process any changes. For larger orders, if your order is cancelled 1-2 months (or more) before the date booked, we will issue a 50% refund. Date changes can only be made if we are notified well in advance and have the availability to do so.
Product Availability Notice
As our produce is sourced weekly and garnishes can be seasonal they are subject to availability and substitutions. Although the majority of our menus are fixed, there may be slight changes season to season. We may also face supplier issues at times, and so cannot guarantee each and every product, such as figs, edible flowers and honeycomb. We will always use an alternative or use more of another product to compensate. Please refer to our menus on the website as a guide to what you can expect.
When products are received please keep chilled & consume within 2-3 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 2 hours, to comply with US food standards. By agreeing to out terms and conditions the client is agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time. Berries & Brie will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.
An automatic 20% service charge will be added to your invoice.This covers all the hard work our staff does to set up and execute your luxurious grazing table.
Delivery within a 20 mile radius is free. After 20 miles you will be charged $1/per mile.
Once a quote is accepted, a $100 non-refundable deposit will be due to confirm booking. The remaining invoice balance will be due 3 weeks prior to event date. If the event is scheduled with less than three weeks of the date, full payment will be required at time of booking.
A rush fee will also be applied if event is scheduled with less than one week notice.
Cancellations less than 1 week to the event are non-refundable, but can be credited towards a future order.
Cancellations 2 weeks or more to the event can receive a full refund excluding the deposit.
Proof of insurance and licensing can be provided upon request for venue.
Table Attendants: available for an additional fee of $20/hour per table attendant. This includes food replenishment throughout duration of your event as needed as well as clean up post-event.
On Site Set-Up: Berries & Brie arrives to your event at least 2 hours prior to ‘food ready’ start time, executes set-up and leaves. We will collect B&B rented equipment and server ware within 24 hours after your event.
Berries & Brie LLC is not responsible for any adverse reactions to our food if we have not been forewarned of any allergies or dietary requirements in the booking process.
We can ensure you that all of our employees have been fully vaccinated.
When orders are made the following precautions are taken:
• Masks are worn at all times
• Hands are thoroughly washed and gloves are worn
• All work stations are wiped down prior to order making
